dc.description.abstract Research on the selective emitter solar cell silicon have attracted numerous studies in specialized research laboratories in the field, especially in recent years by the interest of ameliorationof the efficiency due to the introduction of selective emitter. The performance of this type of cell depends on the quality and geometry of its parts and the technology used. It is for these reasons that we are interested in this work the two-dimensional study of a silicon solar cell with selective emitter used the simulator PC2D, we compared it with the homogeneous emitter cell. Then we optimized the parameters of the selective emitter, while comparing our results with experimental ones. en_US
