dc.description.abstract Teachers play a variety of roles in the classroom to facilitate the learning process for students, including identifying the students' personalities and styles that are considered as an important role for teachers in the classroom and choosing the appropriate strategies to address these differences. The aim of this study is to examine the extent to which the personality types and learning styles of students are included in the teaching practice in EFL classes and the various strategies that teachers use to cope with these differences. Regarding the methodology, the researcher used three tools: pupils’ interview the classroom observation that was conducted in the second year of foreign languages at the secondary school, Mohammed Ben Ahmed Abdel Ghani, and the questionnaire for teachers and students.The findings indicate that teachers are to some extent aware of the personalities and styles of their students. en_US
