dc.description.abstract Abstract: This study aims to reveal the level of the scholar and professional guidance consilers` knowledge toward the guidance profession, where we adopted the descriptive method, including a sample of [52] scholar and professional guidance consiler from Mostaganem's scholar and professional guidance centre for the scholar year [2017-2018] they were [11 male- 41female]. concerning the analyses. the researcher used the percentages and one way analyses test and that was by adopting the statistical groups of sociology' program [spss] and after the treatment and the analyses. our study reached the following results: 1- there is a negative orientation for the scholar and professional guidance advisors toward the guidance profession. 2- the scholar and professional guidance consilers' orientations toward the guidance profession don't change depending on the specialties. 3- the scholar and professional guidance consilers' orientation toward the guidance profession change depending on the experiences. en_US
