دور القيادة المدرسية في تنمية اإلابداع لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي " دراسة ميدانية على بعض المدارس الابتدائية بولاية مستغانم"

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة إىل معرفة دور القيادة املدرسية يف تنمية اإلبداع لدى أساتذة التعليم االبتدائي من وجهة نظرهم بوالية مستغامن ومعرفة أثر متغريات الدراسة )املؤهل العلمي،اجلنس،اخلربة( على موضوع الدراسة،ومت استخدام استبيان ألغراض الدراسة للباحثان فؤاد علي العاجز وفايز كمال شلدان ومت التحقق من اخلصائص السيكومرتية عن طريق حساب الصدق بطريقة االتساق الداخلي والثبات عن طريق معامل ألفا كرونباخ وتكونت عينة الدراسة من ) 50 )أستاذا، ومت االعتماد على املنهج الوصفي وأسفرت النتائج على أن للقيادة املدرسية دور كبري يف تنمية اإلبداع لدى أساتذة التعليم االبتدائي ،وعدم وجود فروق بني متوسطات استجابات أساتذة التعليم االبتدائي حول دور القيادة يف تنمية اإلبداع تعزى ملتغري اجلنس ومتغري اخلربة،ووجود فروق ذات داللة إحصائية حول دور القيادة املدرسية يف تنمية اإلبداع لدى أساتذة التعليم االبتدائي حسب متغري املؤهل العلمي . وبناءا على تلك النتائج أوصى على ضرورة إجراء دراسات مشاهبة واإلميان بأتمية اإلبداع يف املؤسسات الرتبوية واالستفادة من أصحاب اخلربة يف تنمية اإلبداع لديهم وعلى ضرورة االختيار السليم للقيادات املدرسية. الكلمات املفتاحية: القيادة املدرسية ،اإلبداع،التعليم االبتدائي. Abstract This study aims to know the role of school leadership in developing creativity among primary education teachers from their own persepective in the Wilayat of Mostaganem and to know the effect of the study variables (academic qualification, gender and experience) on their studies. For this, a questionnaire is used for the purposes of the study and administered to tow researchers, namely Fouad Ali El-Ajaz and Fayez Kamal Sheldan. The psychometric properties valididy are calculated by the method of internal consistency and stability through the Cronbach alpha coefficient. The study sample consisted of (52) teachers, and the descriptive approach was relied upon to conduct the research. The results showed that school leadership has a great role in developing creativity among primary education teachers, and there are no differences between the averages of primary education teachers ’responses to the role of leadership in developing creativity due to the gender and experience variable, and the presence of statistically significant differences about the role of school leadership in developing creativity in Primary education teachers according to the educational qualification variable. Based on these results, it is recommended that it is of utmost importance to conduct similar studies, believing in the importance of creativity in educational institutions, benefiting from those with experience in developing their creativity and the necessity of proper selection of school leaderships.
