تقييم القدرات الحسية الادراكية لدى الطفل المصاب بالطيف التوحد

Abstract

الملخص: اضطرابات طيف التوحد تلعب التشوهات الحسية دورا في اضطرابات طيف التوحد ، هذا ما أدى إلى ظهورها ً في الساحة ً في معايير تشخيص التوحد ) مؤخ ار 2013 :DSM5 ,APA ) مع ذلك ، هناك عدد قليل جدا العلمية العالمية من األدوات لتقييمها ، ولألسف لم تقتن أي أداة على البيئة الجزائرية وال الصعيد العربي بأكمله ، استهدفنا من خالل بحثنا هذا ، إنشاء أداة جديدة تسمح لنا بدراسة المميزات الحسية اإلدراكية عند الشخص المصاب بإحدى اضطرابات طيف التوحد واستخراج مظاهرها وأثارها على حياته اليومية ، فاستخدمنا في بحثنا ً، حيث قمنا بجمع المعطيات النظرية المتواجدة حول الموضوع من د ارسات سابقة وأدوات تقييمية ً وصفيا منهجا ثم قدمنا عرضا الماسة لبناء أداة تقييم القدرات ً عن المفاهيم التي تتداخل في موضوعنا وعرجنا عن الحاجة الحسية اإلد اركية عند المصابين باضط ارب طيف التوحد في الج ازئر نظ ارً النعدام األدوات المقننة والمدروسة ً: وهي على البيئة الجزائرية بوجه عام . استوحينا هذه األداة أو البروتوكول من خالل األدوات المتواجدة مسبقا الملف الشخصي الحسي DUNE والقائمة الحسية BOGDASHINA سنقدم في هذا البحث البروتوكول الذي قمنا ببنائه كدعم لمختص النفسي مع الشخص الذي يعاني من التوحد. الكلمات المفتاحية: اضطرابات طيف التوحد، التقييم، االضطرابات الحسية االدراكية Abstract : Sensory distortions play a role in autism spectrum disorders , this is what led to its recent appearence in this criteria for diagnosing autism (apa , dsm5, :2013) however , there are few tools in the algerain environenment ,no rat the entire arab level .we targeted this through our resrarch to create a new tool that it allows us to study the perceptual sensory features of person with an autism spectrum disordes , extracting its manifestation and its impact on his daily life , so we used in our research a descriptive approach ,where we have collected available theoretical data on the subject from previous studies and evaluations د tools , then we gave a presentations on the concepts that overlap in our topic , and we made sur of the urgent need , to build an evaluations tool perceptual and sensory abilities of people with autism specturm disordes in algerain , due to the lack of codified and studied tools on the algerain environement genarally .we ispired by these tools ,or protocol ,through the previously exiting tools : sensory profile (dune) and the sensory (bogdashina ) .in this research , we will present this protocol that ,we built , as a support for psycologist with a person suffering from autism specturm disrders.
