الاعاقة الذهنية واثرها في ظهور الاضطرابات النفسية عند الاخوة

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تناولنا في هذه الدراسة االعاقة الذهنية واثرها في ظهور االضطرابات النفسية عند االخوة في شكل دراسة عيادية تكفلية الربع حاالت الهدف من ذلك محاولة الكشف عن دور وجود االعاقة الذهنية عند االخوة المصابين بها. قد تم اختيار اربع حاالت بطريقة قصدية نظرا لتوفر شروط معينة تخدم دراستنا مستخدمين مجموعة من التقنيات العيادية والتي تمثلت في المالحظة العيادية ,المقابلة نصف موجهة باالضافة الى تطبيق رسم العائلة االسقاطي ,ومن اجل التحقق من الفرضية المطروحة في هذا البحث والتي تنص على انه يؤدي وجود طفل معاق عقلي الى ظهور اضطرابات نفسية على االخوة . وبتحليل النتائج توصلت الدراسة الى مايلي : -يؤدي وجود طفل معاق عقلي الى ظهور اضطرابات نفسية عند االخوة بحيث تمثلت هذه االضطرابات في القلق ,الخجل,الخوف,السلوك العدواني,الغضب ,الغيرة وبدرجات مختلفة بين الحاالت االربع. ولقد انتهت الدراسة اعتمادا على النتائج السابقة الى تاكيد دور التكفل النفسي باخوة اطفال ذوي االعاقة الذهنية للتخفيف من مستوى مشاعر القلق والخجل ومساعدتهم على التكيف بين العالقات االخوية . Résumé d’étude : Après la lecture approfondie du sujet nous avons constaté que l’idée génerale est l’handicap mental et son effet dans l’émergence des troubles mentaux chez les frères sous forme d’une étude clinique pour 4 cas afin de trouver le role de l’handicap mental chez les patients . Ils ont choisi 4 cas d’une façons précise vue que la disponibilité de certaines condiction que servent notre étude..en utilisant un groupe des techniques clinique,l’interview semie orientée pour valider cette hypothèse posée dans cette recherche qui stipule que la présence d’un enfant handicapé mentalement dans une famille a des conséquences sur le reste des enfants Après les analyses ,on est arrivé aux résultats suivants : La présence d’une enfant handicapé mentalement dans une famille entraine l’apparition des troubles psychologiques chez ses frères ,ces derniers sont : Stress timidité peur comportement agressif colère jalousie à des différents degés consédirant les résultats précédentes nous allons arrivés à confirmer le role important de la prise en charge psychologique des frères des enfants handicapés mentalement et l’atténuation des sentiments de stress et la timidité et leurs aider à adapter avec les relations fraternelles.الفصل األول مدخل إلى الدراسة 5 In this study we dealt with intellectual disability and its effect on the brothers in the form of a clinical study of four cases ,and the aim of that is to try to uncover the role of the existence of mental disability in the brothers who suffer from it. Four cases were intentionally chosen due to the availability of certain conditions that serve our study using a set of clinical thechniques,which were represented in the clinical observation ,the semi-directed interview in addition to the application of the projective family drawing test , and in order to verify the hypothesis presented in this research which states that :the presence of a mentally disabled child leads to the emergence of psychological disorders on the brothers.by analyzing the results ,the study concluded the following : The presence of a mentally handicapped child leads to the emergence of psychological disorders in the brothers . These disorders are represented in anxiety shyness fear aggressive behavior anger jealousy and to different degrees between the four cases.the study concluded ,based on the previous results , to confirm the role of psychological support for the siblings of children with intellectual disabilities to reduce the level of feelings of anxiety and shyness,and to help them adjust between brotherly relationships.
