Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : تعتبر حوادث المرور ظاهرة إنسانية اجتماعية حضارية حيث تمثل أحد أخطر منتجات الحضارة الحديثة نظ ار لما تخلفه من آثار سلبية وخيمة على المستوى االقتصادي واالجتماعي للمجتمع ككل من استنزاف للموارد البشرية والمادية ، فجاءت هذه الدراسة لتساهم في إبراز حجم خطورة هذه الظاهرة من خالل التطرق إلى الجانب النفسي للفرد وما يمكن أن تحدثه من اضط اربات نفسية أين كان الهدف منها هو معرفة مدى التغيرات الدائمة للشخصية لدى ضحايا حوادث المرور حيث تم تناول حالتين من فئة الراشدين تعرضوا ألحداث مرورية مختلفة وكان ذلك بعد مرور أكثر من سنتين من وقوع الحادث وعلى اعتبارهم ضحية مباشرة للحدث الصدمي ، واستخدم في ذلك منهج العيادي بأدواته المعروفة من المالحظة والمقابلة نصف الموجهة وبتحليل النتائج توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الكشف عن العناصر األساسية الصدمة التي من شأنها أن تحدث حالة إزمان التناذرات المختلفة لدى ضحايا حوادث الطرق وتغي ارت الشخصية يجب أن تكون مهمة وتمثل التغي ارت في المي ازت الصلبة وغير المتكيفة جدا ، ووضع تصور مقترح لكيفية الحد من مشكلة حوادث الطرق ولو التقليل من حدتها وذلك من خالل إبراز جانب مهم من المشكلة والمتمثل في ابرز األثار النفسية الناجمة في الشخصية المتعرض لحادث المرور ، وهذا ما أدي بنا إلى تأكيد ضرورة التكفل النفسي بهؤالء الضحايا مباشرة بعد الحادث وتقديم السند االجتماعي لهم بغرض عالجي وقائي.

Study summary: Traffic accidents are a human, social, civilized phenomenon, as they represent one of the most dangerous products of modern civilization due to the negative and disastrous effects they have on the economic and social level of society as a whole in terms of a depletion of human and material resources. The psychological disturbances that can occur, where the aim was to know the extent of permanent personality changes among the victims of traffic accidents, where two cases of adults who were exposed to different traffic events were dealt with and that was more than two years after the accident and that they were considered a direct victim of the traumatic event. In this, Al-Ayyadi's approach with its known tools of observation and semi-directed interview and by analyzing the results of the study concluded that the detection of the basic traumatic elements that would cause the chronic condition of the various syndromes of road accident victims and personality changes must be important and represent changes in solid and not very adaptive features, And develop a proposed conception of how to reduce the problem of road accidents, even lessening their severity, by highlighting an important aspect of the problem represented In the most prominent psychological effects resulting on the person exposed to the traffic accident, and this is what led us to confirm the need for psychological support for these victims immediately after the accident and to provide them with social support for the purpose of treatment and preventive.
