Abstract

Abstract The psychological care has multiple methods and procedural psychological methodologies, integrated all together to look after people who suffer different mental disorders in general, and dissociative in specific, who desperately require medical psychological and social care in order to re habilitate them and integrate them socially psychologically inside a medical facility, and regular checkups after leaving This study targets to recognize how to care for schizoid patients inside a hospital in Mosteghanem , where this study was conducted ,we relied on diverse help methodology tools to gather data that serve the research such as case study, clinical interviewing half directed and observation Throughout the research and investigating and collecting data about the process of looking out the schizoids , we found out that in that facility they receive medicaments as psychological assistance, before any psychological help for pacification, just like a lead up only due to lack of necessary materials and potentials however the psychological treatment in the facility is available, the remedial methods implemented have a great deal of care like the behavioral cognitive treatment and psychological qualification, because the hospital is deficient in many treatments, these hardships hinder the psychiatrist to fulfill his job. We concluded, through discussion and analysis of the results of the hypotheses, that the sponsorship of the mental or psychological patient in general, and the schizophrenic patient in particular, requires special skills of and the formation and continuous knowledge of theory and procedure according to the peculiarities and requirements of the field, in order to reach a good diagnosis and use of modern therapeutic methods for the success of the sponsorship process and effective integration in the society. As well as reaching the awareness of the community and the families of the patients about the peculiarities of schizophrenia and the schizophrenic person, and urging them to cooperate in order to better frame this person with a mental and disorder such as schizophrenia. it doesn’t only depends on treatment methods only but also on a psychological pursuance which is based on emotional décharge for instance, and other procedures consultations and tips in light of the absence of the family support to the patient and in lack of psychological training for psychiatrists assistants and the absence of material support .
