الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة وعلاقتها بالدافعية للإنجاز لدى طلبة الماستر

Abstract

ملخص البحث: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العالقة بين الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة والدافعية لإلنجاز لدى طلبة الماستر، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة )67 )طالب وطالبة من تخصص علم النفس، وقد استمدتهم الباحثة من منصات التواصل اإلجتماعي التي تضم طلبة الماستر، وقد استخدامت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الرتباطي، أما أدوات الدراسة فتمثلت في مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة من إعداد )العدل، 2001 ،)و الذي طبقته الباحثة )دبي،2017 ،)ومقياس دافعية اإلنجاز من إعداد )عليليش، 2016 .)و في معالجة النتائج: معامل الرتباط بيرسون لحساب صدق أدوات الدراسة، معامل ألفا لكرومباخ لقياس مدى ثبات أدوات الدراسة الحالية، المتوسط الحسابي والنحر اف المعيار ي: لقياس مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية والدافعية لالنجاز، اختبار "ت" لعينتين مستقلتين وهذا اختبار الفروق بين الجنسين في كال المقياسين. و توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : 1 .وجود عالقة ارتباطية ذات دللة إحصائية بين الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة ودافعية اإلنجاز لدى طلبة الماستر. 2 .وجود مستوى متوسط للكفاءة الذاتية المدركة لدى طلبة الماستر. 3 .مستوى دافعية اإلنجاز لدى طلبة الماستر مرتفع. 4 .ل توجد فروق ذات دللة إحصائية بين الجنسين في الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة لدى طلبة الماستر. 5 .ل توجد فروق ذات دللة إحصائية بين الجنسين في الدافعية لإلنجاز لدى طلبة الماستر. الكلمات المفتاحية: الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة، الدافعية لإلنجاز. د Summary The current study aimed to reveal the relationship between perceived self-efficacy and achievement motivation among master students, and the study sample included (67) students from the major of Psychology, and the researcher derived them from social media platforms that include master students, and the researcher used the relational descriptive approach, As for the tools of the study, they were represented in the Perceived Self-Efficiency Scale prepared by (Al-Adl, 2001), which the researcher applied (Dubai, 2017), and the Achievement Motivation Scale prepared by (Alilish, 2016). In the treatment of the results, the researcher used: Pearson correlation coefficient: to calculate the validity of the study tools. Krumbach alpha coefficient: to measure the stability of the current study tools. The mean and the standard deviation: to measure the level of self-efficacy and motivation for achievement. T-test for two independent samples: This is for testing gender differences in both scales. The study found the following results: 1. The existence of a statistically significant correlation between perceived self efficacy and achievement motivation for master students. 2. The presence of an average level of perceived self-efficacy among master students. 3. The level of achievement motivation for master students is high. 4. There are no statistically significant differences between the sexes in the perceived self-efficacy of master students. 5. There are no statistically significant differences between the sexes in the motivation for achievement of master's students. key words: Perceived self-efficacy, motivation to achieve.
