Abstract

ملخص البحث: تناولت الدراسة موضوع صورة الجسم عند المصابة بسرطان الثدي و الرحم دراسةعيادية على حالتين انبثقت منه تساؤالت فرعية وهي: هل تؤدي عملية االستئصال الثدي و الرحم إلى تشوه الصورة الجسمية عند المرأة المصابة بالسرطان ؟ و التساؤل الثاني، ما هي مميزات المعاش النفسي للمرأة مستأصلة الثدي و الرحم التي تعاني من تشوه في الصورة الجسمية؟ هدف البحث الحالي الكشف عن طبيعة الصورة الجسمية عند المصابة بسرطان الثدي و الرحم ز عما إذا كان هناك اختالف في المعاش النفسي بين مستأصلة الرحم و الثدي نتيجة اإلصابة بالسرطان، التساؤل العام كان كاألتي: كيف تؤثر عملية استئصال الثدي و الرحم نتيجة إصابة بالسرطان على الصورة الجسمية؟ و لهذا الغرض أجريت الدراسة على بحالتين )02 )مشخصين بنوعين من السرطانات هي سرطان الثدي و الرحم، المتواجدين في المؤسسة االستشفائية المتخصصة باألورام السرطانية - األمير عبد القادر -وهران.اعتمدت الدراسة على األدوات التالية المقابلة نصف موجهة و تقطيع نصها، المالحظة العيادية و مقياس صورة الجسم للعاديين و المعوقين بدنيا. و قد أسفرت نتائج البحث إلى: - المرأة مستأصلة الثدي و الرحم نتيجة مرض السرطان لديها صورة مضطربة و سلبية و نظرة مشوهة عن جسمها. - ال تختلف مميزات المعاش النفسي للمرأة مستأصلة الثدي و الرحم التي تعاني من تشوه في الصورة الجسمية، إذ تبين أن كلتا الحالتين بغض النظر عن نوع مرض السرطان و نوع منطقة االستئصال تعانين من نفس مميزات المعاش النفسي فالنسبة لكل واحة منهما أنها فقدت عضو ذو داللة رمزية مما أدى إلى إحداث الجرح النرجسي. الكلمات المفتاحية: صورة الجسم، مستأصلة الثدي، مستأصلة الرحم.ه Abstract: The study dealt with the subject of body image in women with breast and uterine cancer, a clinical study on two cases, and sub-questions emerged from it: Does a mastectomy and hysterectomy lead to a distortion of the body image of a woman with cancer? And the second question : What are the advantages of the psychological pension for a woman with a breast and uterus removed who suffers from a deformation in the physical image? The aim of the current research is to reveal the nature of the physical image of a woman with breast and uterine cancer, allegedly if there is a difference in the psychological pension between the removal of the uterus and the breast as a result of cancer, the general question was as follows: How does a mastectomy and uterine removal as a result of cancer affect the physical image? For this purpose, the study was conducted on two cases (02) diagnosed with two types of cancers, namely breast and uterine cancer, who are located in the hospital specialized in cancerous tumors – Emir Abdelkader - Oran. The study relied on the following tools, half-directed interview and chopping the text, clinical observation and scale Body image for the normal and the physically disabled. And the search results have resulted in: A woman has a breast and uterus removed as a result of cancer, and she has a disturbed, negative image and a distorted view of her body. The features of the psychological pension for a woman whose breast and uterus have been removed do not differ, as she suffers from a deformity in the physical image, as it was found that both cases, regardless of the type of cancer disease and the type of the area of excision, suffer from the same characteristics of the psychological pension.
