أساليب التكفل النفسي لدى المراهقين المدمنين على المخدرات

Abstract

1ـــ ملخص البحث: أوال: بالغة العربية: تناولنا في هذا البحث التكفل النفسي و أثره على نمط شخصية المراهق المدمن في المركز الوسيطي لعالج اإلدمان، و قمنا بهذه الدراسة في المركز الوسيكي لعالج اإلدمان بتجديت–مستغانم- و هي دراسة ميدانية لحالتين انطلقنا فيها من اإلشكالية التالية: هل لبرنامج التكفل النفسي الموجه للمراهق المدمن بالمركز الوسيطي فعال في تغيير من نمط شخصيته و التقليل و التخفيف من سلوكاتهم السلبية ؟ و للإجابة على هذا األشكال انطلقنا من الفرضيات التالية: ـــ الفرضية العامة: البرنامج المطبق في مركز الوسيطي لعالج اإلدمان له أثر إيجابي على شخصية المراهق المدمن. ــ الفرضيات الجزئية: -برنامج التكفل النفسي المتبع في المركز الوسيطي لعالج اإلدمان فعال في تخفيف من سلوكات عند المدمن. -يساعد في تغيير شخصيته و نظرته للمستقبل. فتطرقنا في الجانب النظري إلى كل ما يثري د ارستنا و كان يتضمن ثالث فصول, الفصل الثاني تناولت فيه تعريف التكفل، مراحله...أما الفصل الثالث فقد أعطينا قدرا كافيا من األهمية لموضوع المراهقة الذي تناولت فيه مفهوم المراهقة و أنواعها و نظرياتها....أما الفصل الرابع قمت فيه بدراسة عامة عن اإلدمان من حيث تعريفه و مقاراباته وأنواعه. أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد اعتمدنا في دراسته على المقابالت العيادية والمالحظة و الاختبارات الاسقاطية اختبار الروشاخ و كذا مقياس نمط الشخصية الهادف ألبتر و كانت العينة المدروسة تتكون من حالتين سنة و قد قسم الجانب التطبيقي إلي فصلين : الفصل السادس يحتوي على اإلج ارءات 18 سنة و 14بين المنهجية و قد تم فيه تحديد المنهج و العينة و ادوات و وسائل البحث،اما الفصل السابع قمنا من خالله بدراسة الحالات ،تحليلها كما تم فيه تحليل النتائج و مناقشة الفرضيات تم الخاتمة. Second:in English: In this research, we dealt with psychological support and its effect on the personality type of an addicted adolescent at the Intermediate Center for Addiction Treatment, and we did this study at the Al Wiski Center for the Treatment of Addiction Pagdit - Mostaganem - which is a field study of two cases in which we started from the following problem: Is the psychological support program directed at the adolescent addicted to the intermediate center effective in changing his personality pattern and reducing and mitigating their negative behaviors? To answer these figures, we proceed from the following assumptions: General hypothesis: The program implemented in Al-Waseet Addiction Treatment Center has a positive impact on the personality of the addicted teen. Partial hypotheses: - The psychological support program followed in the Intermediate Addiction Treatment Center is effective in reducing the behavior of the addict. Helps in changing his personality and his outlook on the future. In the theoretical side, we dealt with everything that enriches our study and it includes three chapters, the second chapter in which I dealt with the definition of sponsorship, its stages ... As for the third chapter, we gave sufficient importance to the topic of adolescence in which I dealt with the concept of adolescence, its types and theories .... As for the fourth chapter, I conducted a general study on addiction in terms of its definition, approaches and types. As for the practical aspect, we have relied in its study on clinical interviews, observation, and projective tests, the Rusch test, as well as the purposeful personality type scale for a cutter, and the studied sample consisted of two cases between 14 and 18 years old. The applied aspect was divided into two chapters: Chapter Six contains the methodological procedures In it, the method, sample, tools, and research methods were defined. As for the seventh chapter, we studied the cases, analyzed them, and the results were analyzed and the hypotheses were discussed. The conclusion was concluded
