dc.description.abstract |
There is a new economy that develops rapidly and on a large scale, its characteristics
expand and its principles are rooted in the face of the traditional economy, except for the
knowledge economy, which has not received sufficient attention from study, analysis and
foresight.
If the economy is the science of scarcity or the science that studies the good in the
world of scarcity, then the knowledge economy is in its most prominent characteristics,
especially in light of digital technology, and one of its models is the economy of abundance.
The principle of scarcity or the principle of no free food is based on material or tangibles and
what It can be in the sense that owning more of one good usually means owning less than
another good for the same person or for another person. With digital technology the marginal
cost of any subsequent copy over the initial copy is closer to zero, and the principle of
abundance is the most prominent form of the knowledge economy.
The rapid transformations of the competitive environment have led to an increase in
crises and their diversity, and the methods and strategies of their management varied with
them, and in light of this new economy of knowledge whose pillars are intangible resources, it
is necessary to control the modern requirements for crisis management to ensure the elements
of successful dealing with these crises. A major problem is (that the Algerian economy faces
some intractable issues such as (low growth rates, a decrease in economic diversification, high
unemployment rates...etc) that require solutions represented in the knowledge economy. |
