dc.description.abstract |
This topic was chosen because it touches the organization and work as it falls
under our interests in a public service sector.
The main objective of this study is to know the relationship between work stress
and job performance of hospital doctors through the influence of sources of stress
on job performance and to determine a relationship between the internal work
environment and the reflection of the difficult social situation on the job
performance of doctors in the public hospital institution.
The descriptive approach was used in the study which was based on observation
and interview on data collection. We explained a set of information on stress and
its relationship to cognitive performance, and in the end it is classified into the
most important results:
- There is a relationship between sources of pressure and job performance (role
ambiguity, role burden, organizational problems….)
-Negative effects of stress on job performance and health of workers (doctors)
The existence of a relationship between the internal work environment and job
performance (work environment, work means, security, etc…).
- There is a relationship between the difficult social situation of doctors and job
performance, including (social conditions, wages, housing, transportation and
promotion).
- Finally, we concluded that there are some recommendation about work stress
and job performance for doctors in the public hospital institution Achacha
Mostaganem. |
