dc.description.abstract This memoir has for ambition to treat the delicate notion of the appropriation of the vocabulary in 4th year of Middle school. From the written productions of the pupils, it is us allows to make a report giving evidence of the difficulties of the learners to use an adequate vocabulary with the proposed situation of paper. In this perspective, the current study will try to bring elements of answers to the following questioning: what is that the objectives assigned to the education apprenticeship of the vocabulary in the official program which are the cause of this deficit? This activity such as she appears in the textbook is inspired by the approach by the competencies? What is that the representations that are made the teachers of the vocabulary hinder his appropriation? en_US
