استخدام تكنولوجيا الحديثة في تحسين الاداء الوظيفي :دراسة ميدانية لوكالة اتصالات الجزائر فرع مستغانم

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لموظفي شركة اتصالات وفي هذا السياق تنولت الدراسة في شقها النظري تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة وخصائصها وانوعها وكذا وظائفها في حياة الفرد، وكذلك سمات تكنولوجيا وأثرها، وبالإضافة الى ذلك تطرقنا الى مفهوم الأداء الوظيفي عناصره وخصائصه ومؤشرات وكذا الإجراءات تحسن مستوى الأداء الوظيفي، وفي شقها الميداني تنولت الدراسة معرفة الآراء الموظفين حول واقع الاتصال الداخلي في المؤسسة. واستخدمنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعتبر المنهج الملائم لوصق تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة ودورها الكبير في تحسين مستوى الأداء الموظفين داخل المؤسسات استخدمنا عينة قومها 12 مفرد من موظفي اتصالات الجزائر كما اعتمدنا على المقابلة كأداة في جمع البيانات. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج قمنا بتلخيصها في الاتي: ساهمت تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في تغير طبيعة العمل داخل مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر حيث طورته من الطريقة الكلاسيكية الى طريقة الجديدة وعصرية تتمشى مع خصائصها. اثرت تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة على أداء العاملين في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر حيث وفرت عليهم الكثير من الوقت الجهد ونفقات الكبيرة، تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة كان لها دور هام وكبير في إعادة الهيكل والتنظيم عامل المؤسسة حيث ساعدتها في تواصل داخل المؤسسة وكذا تغير نمطها العامة. الكلمات المفتاحية: تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة، الأداء الوظيفي، المؤسسة، الموظف.

Summary : The study aimed to identify the role of modern communication technology in improving the functional performance of the employees of Algeria Telecom Company. In this context, the study dealt with the theoretical aspects of modern communication technology, its characteristics and types of functions in the life of the individual. As well as measures to improve the level of performance, and in the field of the study dealt with the knowledge of the views of employees on the role of modern communication technology in improving the level of performance within the institution. In this study, we used the analytical descriptive approach, which is the appropriate method for describing modern communication technology and its great role in improving the performance of employees within the institutions. We used a sample of 50 Algerian Telecom employees and we adopted the questionnaire as a data collection tool. The study reached a set of results summarized in the following : Modern communication technology has contributed to changing the nature of work within the Algerian Telecom Corporation, where it has developed from the classical way to a new and modern way in line with its characteristics. Modern communication technology has influenced the performance of the employees of Algeria Telecom, providing them with a lot of time, effort and expense. Modern communication technology has played a major role in restructuring and organizing the organization's work, helping it change its style and overall performance.
