dc.description.sponsorship	Résumé Ce projet présente une étude technique de réalisation d’un bâtiment de forme régulière à usage habitation, constitué d’un R+10 et. Il est implanté dans la commune de MOSTAGANEM, classée en zone sismique (IIa) site meuble S3 selon le RPA99 Version 2003. La résistance de la structure aux charges horizontales et verticales est assurée par un système portique contreventé par des voiles. Le dimensionnement et le calcul du ferraillage de tous les éléments résistants ont été établis conformément aux règlements algériens en vigueur (CBA93 et RPA99 version 2003). L’analyse dynamique de la structure a été réalisée à l’aide du logiciel "Autodesk Rebot Stuctural Analysis Professionnel 2019" L’étude de l’infrastructure du bâtiment a abouti à une fondation de type Radier général. Mots clés : étude dynamique, modélisation, béton armé, radier, poteaux, poutres, voiles, période de vibration. ملخص هذا المشروع هو عبارة عن دراسة مفصلة لعمارة سكنية مكونة من طابق ارضي و عشرة طوابق علوية سكنية بوالية مستغانم المصنفة ضمن المنطقة الزلزالية رقم 2أ حسب المركز الوطني للبحث المطبق في هندسة مقاومة الزالزل . الهدف من الدراسة هو نمدجة الهيكل باستخدام برنامج حساب العناصر المحدودة , من اجل اجراء التحليل النمودجي والحساب الزلزالي يجب ان نمر بعدة مراحل لتحقيق ذلك : وهو االبعاد المسبقة وانزال الحموالت, حساب العناصر الثانوية , الدراسة الزلزالية التي اعطت طريقة اساسية الللتواء وهذا يشير الى التصميم المعماري الرديء الذي تم دون استشارة الهندس, ثم اصالح الهيكل يتم بواسطة زيادة العمدة والجدران او الوضع االساسي, وهو الترجمة ثم االنتقال اخيرا الى دراسة العناصر الرئيسية بعد دراسة البنية التحتية .تم تنفيد تقوية العناصر الحاملة االعمدة و الحزم بواسطة برنامج ROBOT بينما تم تقوية الجدران والعناصر الثانوية يدويا . يتكون اساس المبنى من اساسات مستمرة . الكلمات المفتاحية : العمارة, الخرسانة المسلحة, الجدران , العمدة , االرتداد Abstract This project presents a technical study for the realization of an regularly shaped building for use housing consisting of an R + 10. It is located in the commune of MOSTAGANEM, classified as a seismic zone (IIa) and site S3 according to the RPA99 Version 2003. The resistance of the structure to horizontal and vertical loads is ensured by a portal system braced by sails. The dimensioning and the calculation of the reinforcement of all the resistant elements were established in accordance with the Algerian regulations in force (CBA93 and RPA99 version 2003). The dynamic analysis of the structure was carried out using the software "Autodesk Rebot Stuctural Analysis Professional 2019" The study of the building infrastructure resulted in a general raft foundation.
