dc.description.abstract The participation of women in the labor market has raised many issues that revolve around two main axes: The first is to ensure equality of opportunity and equality in gender work. The second is to protect the social function of women working mothers, as well as the organization of work arrangements with its capabilities and its physiological nature. The real recognition of women's rights at work has been enshrined in the emergence of the international labor organization, in parallel to which internal legislation has incorporated the standards of the international labor organization into domestic legislation, which includes provisions aim at approximating international standards in this respect. This led us to examine the guarantees and protection given to the woman who works and the extent to which she is entrenched in practice. en_US
