dc.description.abstract |
The spread of the Internet and the rapid changes that result from affect all fields,
including the processing of contracts. Thus, it appeared electronic contracts of all shapes and modern tools to ensure their conclusions online, reliably. However, electronic contracts differ from their traditional equivalent when they are drafted on the Internet, between international and local interlocutors.
Sometimes mistakes are made during the procedures, which can lead to damages for the
contracting parties. On the contractual and delictual level, if the civil liability of both
contracting parties, or even third parties, is engaged in litigation, it turns out that no general legislation has been clearly established to regulate these contracts and electronic acts and arbitrate disputes. |
