Etude de dimensionnement d'une colonne à plateaux du complexe CP1/Z selon la spécification IMPCA.

Abstract

La production du méthanol grade A au niveau du complexe CP1/Z n’arrive plus à satisfaire les exigences de la qualité du méthanol dans le marché international et ne correspond pas aux ces normesde la bonne qualité. Dans ce contexte, l’objectif de notre travail consiste à l’amélioration de la qualité du méthanol, partir d’une simple modification de la section 600 du procès de production. A l’aide du simulateur HYSYS version 7.3, cette modification est basée sur l’augmentation du nombre de plateau de la deuxième colonne de distillation V602 pour assurer la bonne séparation entre méthanol et les traced’éthanol

Ce travail est réalisé afin de produire un méthanol répond aux normes de qualité de production internationale selon la spécification IMPCA.

Abstract The production of methanol grade A at the CP1/Z complexis not compatible with the requirements quality of methanol in the international market and has not these standards of good quality. In this context, the objective of our work is to improve the quality of methanol, starting from a simple modification of section 600 of the production process.Using the HYSYS simulator version 7.3, this modification is based on increasing the number of trays of the second distillation column V602 to ensure the proper separation between methanol and traces of ethanol This work is carried out in order to produce a methanol meets the quality standards of international production according to the IMPCA specification.
