Etude d'un bâtiment en RDC+8étages À usage d'habitation

Abstract

Notre projet consiste à étudier un bâtiment à usage d’habitation composé d'un Rez-de-chaussée et de huit étages, implanté dans la wilaya de MOSTAGANEM. La première partie représente une description de l’ouvrage, définition des caractéristiques des matériaux utilisés ainsi que les règlements et logiciels employés. En deuxième partie, on a fait un pré-dimensionnement des éléments de la structure et les éléments secondaires avec une descente des charges sous le règlement R. P. A 99 version2003. La troisième partie est une modélisation pour la détermination des sections finales à l’aide du logiciel ETABS. La quatrième partie concerne les assemblages des éléments suivis d’un calcul avec une vérification de l’infrastructure. Finalement, on a traduit le dimensionnement de toute la structure sur des plans d’exécution à l’aide du logiciel AUTOCAD. Mot clé: AUTOCAD,ETABS,R.P.A99 version 2003.

الملخص يتكون مشروعنا من دراسة مبنى للاستخدام السكني مكون من طابق أرضي وثمانية طوابق يقع بولاية مستغانم. يمثل الجزء الأول وصفًا للعمل، وتعريفًا لخصائص المواد المستخدمة وكذلك اللوائح والبرامج المستخدمة. في الجزء الثاني، قمنا بعمل أبعاد مسبقة لعناصر الهيكل والعناصر الثانوية مع خفض الأحمال بموجب اللائحة R. P. A 99 الإصدار 2003. الجزء الثالث عبارة عن نمذجة لتحديد الأقسام النهائية باستخدام برنامج ETABS. يتعلق الجزء الرابع بتجمعات العناصر متبوعة بحساب مع التحقق من البنية التحتية. أخيرًا، تمت ترجمة حجم الهيكل بأكمله إلى رسومات عمل باستخدام برنامج AUTOCAD.
