Evaluation et modélisation de la conversion de CO en CO2 au niveau du réacteur high temperature shift (HTS)

Abstract

Fleuron national de l’industrie pétrochimique, Fertial, Société des Fertilisants d’Algérie, est une société issue d’un partenariat signé en août 2005 entre le Groupe algérien Asmidal et le Groupe espagnol Grupo Villar Mir. Ils détiennent respectivement 34% et 66% du capital.

L’outil de production, installé dans les sites industriels d’Annaba et d’Arzew, a une capacité annuelle d’un million de tonnes d’ammoniac.

Une partie de cette production est réutilisée pour la production d’une large gamme d’engrais azotés et phosphatés.

FERTIAL a été conçue pour atteindre trois objectifs essentiels : • Valoriser les hydrocarbures par un traitement local. • Dégager un surplus pour l'exportation des engrais et de l'ammoniac. • Satisfaire la demande nationale en matière d'engrais azoté. Cela est fait par la production et la commercialisation de : • L’ammoniac anhydre(NH3) liquide (-33° C)

• Nitrate d’ammonium (NH4NO3) granulé à usage agricole et Technique

• Nitrate d’ammonium liquide pour les besoins de la société FERTALGE (produit entrant dans la fabrication de l’engrais urée ammonitrate UAN 32%d’azote)

Le complexe d’une superficie de « 44 » ha avec un effectif de « 520 » agents, se situe au bord de la mer, sur la plate forme industrielle d'Arzew à 40 km de la ville d’Oran et à 3 km environ du Port d’Arzew.
