Etude de l’éclairage public des parcs et jardins en Algérie

Abstract

L’éclairage public permet de mettre en valeur le patrimoine architectural des collectivités publiques ou des espaces. La lumière contribue en grande partie à l’attractivité des territoires. L’éclairage public nécessite encore de grandes améliorations en Algérie. L’efficacité laisse à désirer tant au niveau du nombre de lampadaires, de la qualité des luminaires, au choix des types de lampes ainsi que la qualité de la maintenance qui reste encore largement insuffisante. Certaines améliorations ponctuelles ont été enregistrées, sous la houlette de l’APRUE, nous citerons en exemple la généralisation de l’utilisation progressive des lampes à LED dans certaines communes ainsi que l’utilisation de l’énergie solaire. Light contributes in large part to the attractiveness of territories. Public lighting still needs major improvements in Algeria. The efficiency is poor in terms of the number of streetlights, the quality of the luminaires, the choice of lamp types and the quality of the maintenance which is still largely in adequate. Under the leadership of the APRUE, certain specific improvements have been recorded, such as the widespread use of LED lamps in some municipalities and the use of solar energy instead of fossil energy. Keywords: Parks and Garden; Public lighting; Lamps; DIALUX 9.2. ملخص الإضاءة العامة تجعل من الممكن تسليط الضوء على التراث المعماري للسلطات العامة أو المساحات. يساهم الضوء إلى حد كبير في جاذبية الأراضي. لا تزال الإضاءة العامة بحاجة إلى تحسينات كبيرة في الجزائر. الكفاءة تترك الكثير مما هو مرغوب فيه سواء من حيث عدد من مصابيح الكلمة، ونوعية الإنارة، واختيار أنواع المصابيح، فضلا عن نوعية الصيانة التي لا تزال غير كافية إلى حد كبير. وقد سجلت بعض التحسينات المحددة، تحت قيادة المجلس، وسنذكر كأمثلة تعميم الاستخدام التدريجي لمصابيح الليد في بعض البلديات، فضلا عن استخدام الطاقة الشمسية. الكلمات الرئيسية: المنتزهات والحدائق، الإضاءة العامة، المصابيح، ديلوكس 9.2
