Evaluation des performances de la centrale PV de El Abiodh Sidi Cheikh, El Bayadh

Abstract

La centrale photovoltaïque d’El Abiodh Sidi Cheikh (El Bayadh) qui a une capacité de 23.92 Mwc est une réalisation qui fait partie du programme national de production d’électricité à partir des énergies renouvelables. Notre étude porte sur l’analyse des performances de la centrale PV selon les normes standardisé (Commission Electrotechnique international) CEI61724 durant une période de surveillance de 3ans depuis sa mise en service en Mars 2017. Le résultat révèle que l’indice de performance normalisé (PR) est de 82.02 % qui représente une valeur très intéressante et qui corrobore son bon état de fonctionnement. Afin d’aboutir de tous ces résultats, nous avons utilisé Pvsyst et SolarGis comme outils de simulation et nous avons fait une étude comparative avec les données réelles de la sortie de la centrale PV. Les mots clés : Analyse des performances, photovoltaïque, système PV, Algérie, Pvsyst, SolarGis, Centrale PV, énergies renouvelables. ملخص : يعتبر مصنع الطاقة الكهروضوئية بلأبيض سيدي الشيخ (البيض) باستطاعة 23.92 ميجاوات كان ضمن انجازات البرنامج الوطني لإنتاج الكهرباء من الطاقات المتجددة. تتعلق دراستنا بتحليل أداء المحطة الكهروضوئية وفقًا للمعايير الموحدة (اللجنة الكهروتقنية الدولية) IEC61724 خلال فترة مراقبة مدتها 3 سنوات منذ بدء التشغيل في مارس 2017. وتكشف النتائج أن مؤشر الأداء القياسي (PR) هو 82.02 ٪ والتي تمثل قيمة مثيرة للاهتمام للغاية والتي تؤكد حالة العمل الجيدة. من أجل تحقيق كل هذه النتائج ، استخدمنا Pvsyst و SolarGis كأدوات محاكاة وقمنا بدراسة مقارنة مع البيانات الفعلية من مخرجات المحطة الكهروضوئية. الكلمات المفتاحية : البرمجيات تحليل الأداء الكهروضوئية ، النظام الكهروضوئي ، الجزائر Pvsyst ، SolarGis ، PV ، الطاقات المتجددة. Abstract: The PV plant of El Abiodh Sidi Cheikh (El Bayadh) which has a capacity of 23.92 Mwp is an achievement that is part of the national program of the production of electricity produced from renewable energies. Our study concerns the analysis of the performance of the PV plant according to the standards of (International Electrotechnical Commission) IEC61724 during a monitoring period of 3 years since its commissioning in March 2017. The result reveals that the standardized performance ratio (PR) is 82.02% which represents a very interesting value and which corroborates the good working condition of the PV plant. In order to achieve all these results, we used Pvsyst and SolarGis as simulation tools and we did a comparative study with the actual data from the output of the PV plant.
