(RPA99version 2003, BAEL91) الكلماتالمفتاحية: تحليلالتمرين،قدرةالتحمل،إزاحةالهدف،قصالقاعدة،منحنىالسعة Résumé Le but de cette étude est la conception d’une structure à usage d’habitation et commercial de RDC + 12 étages + sous-sol, qui sera implantée dans la wilaya d’Oran, classé en zone IIa selon le règlement parasismique Algérien (RPA 99 version 2003). La stabilité de l’ouvrage est assurée par les poutres, les poteaux et les voiles. L’étude et l’analyse de ce projet ont été établies par le logiciel AutodeskRobot Structural Analysis Professional 2013. Le calcul des dimensions et du ferraillage de tous les éléments résistants sont conformes aux règles applicables en vigueurs à savoir : BAEL91, RPA 99 version 2003. Mots-clés : Analyse pushover, capacité portante, déplacement cible, cisaillement à la base, courbe de capacité Abstract The aim of this study is to design a structure for residential and commercial use, of R + 12 floors + underground, which will be located in the wilaya of Oran classified in zone IIa according to the Algerian payment parasismic(RPA 99 version 2003). The stability of the structure is insured by the beams, the columns and the walls. The software Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2013 had established the study and the analysis of this project. The calculation of dimensions and the reinforcement of all the resistant elements are in conformity with the rules applicable in strengths to knowing: BAEL 91, RPA 99 version 2003.
