ETUDE D'UN BATIMENT A USAGE D'HABITATION SOUS-SOL+RDC+10 ETAGES

Abstract

Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment à usage d’habitation constitué d'un sous-sol et d'un Rez de chaussée plus (10) étages, implanté à kharroba dans la Wilaya de MOSTAGANEM. Cette région est classée en zone sismique IIa selon le RPA99 Version 2003. En utilisant les nouveaux règlements de calcul et vérifications du béton armé (RPA99V2003 et B.A.E.L91 modifié99), cette étude se compose de quatre parties : La première entame la description générale du projet avec une présentation de caractéristiques des matériaux, ensuite le pré dimensionnement de la structure et enfin la descente des charges. La deuxième partie a pour objectif l'étude des éléments secondaires (poutrelles, escaliers, acrotère, balcon et dalle pleine). L'étude dynamique de la structure a été entamée dans la troisième partie par logiciel etabs 2019 afin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux chargements (charges Permanentes, d'exploitation et charge sismique). En fin l’étude des éléments résistants de la structure (poteaux, poutres, voiles, radier général) sera calculée dans la dernière partie.

Abstract

This project presents a detailed study of a building for residential use consisting of a basement and a ground floor plus (10) floors, located in kharroba in the wilaya of MOSTAGANEM. This region is classified as seismic zone IIa according to the RPA99 2003 version. By using the new regulations for the calculation and verification of reinforced concrete (RPA99V2003 and B.A.E.L91 modified99), this study consists of four parts: The first begins the general description of the project with a presentation of characteristics materials, then the pre-dimensioning of the structure and finally the descent of the loads. The second part aims to study the secondary elements (beams, stairs, parapet, balcony and solid slab). The dynamic study of the structure was started in the third part by software etabs 2019 in order to determine the various stresses due to the loads (loads permanent, operating and seismic load). Finally, the study of the resistant elements of the structure (posts, beams, sails, general slab) will be calculated in the last part.

Key words: Building, Reinforced concrete,ROBOT 2020 , RPA 99 modified 2003, BAEL 91 modified 9 الملخص: يقدم هذا المشروع دراسة تفصيلية لمبنى للاستخدام السكني مكون من بدروم ودور أرضي بالإضافة إلى (10) طوابق تقع بخروبة في ولاية مستغانم. تم تصنيف هذه المنطقة على أنها منطقة زلزالية IIa وفقًا لـ RPA99إصدار 2003. باستخدام اللوائح الجديدة لحساب والتحقق من الخرسانة المسلحة (RPA99V2003 و B.A.E.L91 معدل 99) ، تتكون هذه الدراسة من أربعة أجزاء: يبدأ الأول بالوصف العام للمشروع مع عرض تقديمي لخصائص المواد ، ثم التحجيم المسبق للهيكل وأخيراً نزول الأحمال. الجزء الثاني يهدف إلى دراسة العناصر الثانوية (عوارض ، سلم ، حاجز ، شرفة ، بلاطة صلبة). بدأت الدراسة الديناميكية للهيكل في الجزء الثالث بواسطة برنامج etabs2019من أجل تحديد الاجهادات المختلفة الناتجة عن الأحمال (الأحمال الدائمة ، أحمال التشغيل والحمل الزلزالي). أخيرًا سيتم حساب دراسة العناصر المقاومة للهيكل (الدعائم ، الحزم ، الأشرعة ، البلاطة العامة) في الجزء الأخير.
