Bâtiments à haute qualité environnementale : contexte actuel et perspectives pour l’Algérie

Abstract

HQE est une démarche, celle de “management de projet” visant à limiter les impacts d’une opération de construction ou de réhabilitation sur l’environnement tout en assurant à l'intérieur du bâtiment des conditions de vie saines et confortables. Esthétique, confort, agrément de vie, écologie, durabilité : la Haute Qualité Environnementale prend en compte la globalité, joue le développement durable et représente ainsi l’état le plus avancé de l’art de construire Ce dernier comprend actuellement 14 cibles. Chaque cible se décompose en cibles élémentaires. Les bâtiments de haute qualité environnement conçus avec des techniques plus innovantes et dans un style architectural plus novateur, rompant les manières de penser et les façons de faire qui furent les normes durant une certaine époque. Dans ce contexte, notre recherche aborde une étude de la démarche de haute qualité , notamment le bâtiment de haute qualité environnement avec l’adaptation des 14 cibles en Algérie , on va voir les cibles d'éco-construction (cibles 1, cible 2, cible 3) , les cibles d’éco-gestion (cible 4, cible 5 , cible 6 , cible 7), les cibles de confort (cible 8 , cible 9, cible 10 , cible 11,)et on achève notre projet de travail par les cible de santé (cible 12 , cible 13, cible 14) Nous programmons aussi une implémentation numérique de la cible N°8 « confort hygrothermique » via l’outil de simulation numérique COMSOL-Multiphysics et nous achevons notre travail par une synthèse globale. HQE is an approach, that of "project management" aimed at limiting the impact of a construction or rehabilitation operation on the environment while ensuring healthy and comfortable living conditions inside the building. Aesthetics, comfort, pleasure of life, ecology, sustainability: High Environmental Quality takes into account the whole, plays on sustainable development and thus represents the most advanced state of the art of building. The latter currently includes 14 targets. Each target breaks down into elementary targets. Buildings of high environmental quality designed with more innovative techniques and in a more innovative architectural style, breaking the ways of thinking and the ways of doing that were the norms during a certain period. In this context, our research addresses a study of the high quality approach, in particular the building of high environmental quality with the adaptation of the 14 targets in Algeria, we will see the targets of eco-construction (targets 1, target 2, target 3), eco-management targets (target 4, target 5, target 6, target 7), comfort targets (target 8, target 9, target 10, target 11,) and we are completing our work project by health targets (target 12, target 13, target 14) We are also programming a digital implementation of target N°8 “hygrothermal comfort” via the digital simulation tool COMSOL-Multiphysics and we are completing our work with a global synthesis
