Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: يعد االتصال التنظيمي من بين الموضوعات البارزة للباحثين في مختلف الميادين فهو اساس استمرار ونجاح أي مؤسسة سواء كانت ثقافية اواقتصادية او تعليمية ومن هذا المنطلق فان اشكالية بحثنا كانت: ماهو دور االتصال التنظيمي في تعديل توقيت الدراسة اثناء جائحة كورونا؟ وينقسم هذا التساؤل الى عدة تساؤالت فرعية: 1 -كيف ساهم االتصال التنظيمي في تعديل توقيت الدراسة اثناء الجائحة ؟ 2 -ماهي وسائل االتصال التنظيمي المستخدمة في تسير توقيت الدراسة في المؤسسة؟ 3 - ماهي اهم النتائج واالنعكاسات الناجمة في تعديل توقيت الدراسة؟ 4 - ماهي معوقات االتصال التنظيمي في تسير المؤسسة التربوية اثناء الجائحة؟ لالجابة على هذه التساؤالت اعتمدنا على منهج دراسة الحالة واستخدام اداة جمع البيانات وهي استمارة استبيان حيث تضمنت خمسة محاور تظمن المحور االول البيانات الشخصية اما المحور الثاني تضمن مساهمت االتصال التنظيمي في تعديل توقيت الدراسة اثناء الجائحة اما المحور الثالث فتحدث عن وسائل االتصال المستخدمة في تسيير توقيت الدراسة اثناء الجائحة داخل 9 المؤسسة اما المحور الرابع فقد كان حول اهم النتائج واالنعكاسات من تعديل توقيت الدراسة واخر محور تضمن معوقات االتصال التنظيمي في تسيرتوقيت الدراسةاثناء الجائحة. أما مجموع االسئلة فقد كانت 20 سؤال ، وبعد اجراء الدراسة الميدانية على الموظفين " االساتذة" وعمال في االدارة البالغ عددهم 18 مبحوث في " ثانوية محمد بن حميدي ،الولهاسي. دائرة المحمدية .والية معسكر" توصلنا الى النتائج التالية : - ان االتصال التنظيمي داخل المؤسسة التربوية يتميز بالمرونة ويتماشى مع االحداث والتطورات الصحية للبالد خاصة اثناء الجائحة. - ان تعديل التوقيت داخل المؤسسة التربوية يهدف للمحافظة على سالمة التالميذ والطاقم التربوي ككل . - المؤسسة التربوية مثلها مثل اي مؤسسة اخرى تؤثر وتتاثر بالمحيط الخارجي لها . - من اهم الوسائل المستخدمة في تبليغ الطاقم التربوي هو التلفاز على المستوى الوطني اما داخل المؤسسة هو االجتماعات - ساهم االتصال التنظيمي في استمرار الدراسة رغم خطورة الوضع وتجنب الغلق الكلي لمدارس - ساهم االتصال التنظيمي فيتحقيق االهداف و انجاح السنة الدراسية . - الكلمات المفتاحية: االتصال التنظيمي ، المؤسسة التربوية ، توقيت الدراسة. 10 Study summary: Organizational communication is among the prominent topics for researchers in various fields. It is the basis for the continuity and success of any institution, whether cultural, economic or educational. From this point of view, the problematic of our research was: What is the role of organizational communication in modifying the study timing during the Corona pandemic? This question is divided into several sub-questions: 1- How did organizational communication contribute to modifying the study timing during the pandemic? What are the organizational communication methods used -3 in managing the study timing in the institution? -4 3 - What are the most important results and repercussions -5 resulting from modifying the study timing? 11 4 - What are the obstacles to organizational communication in running the educational institution during the pandemic? To answer these questions, we relied on the case study approach and the use of The data collection tool, which is a questionnaire form, which included five axes that included the first axis of personal data, while the second axis included the contribution of organizational communication to modifying the timing of the study during the pandemic. The most important results and repercussions of adjusting the timing of the study and the last axis that included the obstacles of organizational communication in managing the timing of the study during the pandemic. As for the total questions, it was 20 questions, and after conducting the field study on the The 18 employees “professors” and workers in the administration were surveyed in “Mohammed Bin Hamidi High School, Al-Wolhasi, Muhammadiyah District, Mascara State.” We arrived at the following results: The organizational communication within the educational institution is characterized by flexibility and in line with health events and developments in the country, especially during the pandemic. Adjusting the timing within the educational institution aims to preserve the safety of students and the educational staff as a whole. The 12 educational institution, like any other institution, affects and is affected by its external environment. - One of the most important means used to inform the educational staff is television at the national level, but within the institution are the meetings - The organizational communication contributed to the continuation of the study despite the seriousness of the situation and to avoid the total closure of schools - Organizational communication contributed to the achievement of the goals and the success of the school year.
