Variation de quelques paramètres biochimiques métabolique et rénaux chez la femme enceinte pendant une grossesse normale.

Abstract

The importance of biochemical parameters in the exploration of pathology is well established. The evolution of these parameters linked to several things such as age and physiological changes, this is the case of the pregnant woman but also linked to food and the environment, all these conditions must be taken into consideration during of a normal pregnancy. The aim of this work is to determine the variations of some biochemical parameters which concern the metabolic and renal function during a normal pregnancy. The study was carried out on 70 women aged between 19 and 44, following in the maternity ward at the EPH Ain tadles, the results showed a decrease in blood sugar values especially in the 1st half of pregnancy while they increase in the 2nd trimester except that a significant decrease in blood sugar values is observed in during the 3rd trimester in two women aged between 24 and 34 years. Furthermore, concerning renal function, the results show that there is a slight decrease in the values of creatinine, but they always remain within the norm with the exception and apart from the reports of blood urea, there is a significant increase in two women aged <34 years while the values remained stable during the 2nd and 3rd trimester. On the other hand, all proteinuria results were between 150 and 300 mg/24h (negative), except one woman aged < 34 years with a result above the normal value (350 mg/24h) considered positive. These variations of the parameters allow explaining the modifications which affect the maternal organism; therefore the pregnant woman must practice the self-monitoring of these parameters and avoid all the things which can cause risks on her health during pregnancy or on the fetal development. .
