دور القيادة الادارية في ادارة الازمات

Abstract

تضمن وحللت هذه الدراسة دور القيادة الإدارية في إدارة الأزمات داخل المؤسسة العمومية الإقتصادية " المديرية العملية لإتصالات الجزائر بولاية تندوف " حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مستوى ومدى دور القيادة الإدارية في إدارة المؤسسة أثناء الأزمة وكيفية مساهمتها في تحسين صورة وسمعة المؤسسة أثناء الأزمات محل للدراسة ، وكذا معرفة مدى أهمية ووجود عنصر القيادة الإدارية داخل مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية تندوف . وقد إعتمدنا في دراستنا هاته على منهج دراسة الحالة مختاريين العينة القصدية والتي تتمثل في مجموعة من العاملين بالمؤسسة، مستخدمين على أداة المقابلة والملاحظة كأدوات للدراسة . حيث تم إستنتاج مجموعة من النتائج في الأخير لعل من أهمها أن للقيادة الإدارية دور فعا وأساسي في كيان أي مؤسسة ومن المستحيل أن تقوم أصلا دون قيادة إدارية ناجحة ، كذلك توصل الباحث إلى أن للقيادة مكانة مهمة في المديرية العملية لإتصالات الجزائر بولاية تندوف وهي هيكلة وجهاز لايمكن الإستغناء عنه ، بحيث أنها سلاح كبير لمواجهة العراقيل ولأزمات من خلال دراستها واتباع مدى خطورتها وتسييرها وتكوين فريق خاص لمواجهتها و الحرص عل تتبعها قبل وبعد وأثناء حدوثها بالمؤسسة العملية لإتصالات الجزائر بولاية تندوف. وقد إمتدت الدراسة من 19 مارس إلى غاية 24 جوان من سنة 2021. الكلمات المفتاحية : دور، القيادة الإدارية، إدارة ، الأزمة.

Resumen del estudio: Este estudio incluyó y analizó el papel de la dirección administrativa en la gestión de crisis dentro de la institución económica pública "Dirección Práctica de Comunicaciones de Argelia en el Estado de Tinduf", donde este estudio tiene como objetivo el nivel y el alcance del papel de la dirección administrativa en la gestión de la institución durante la crisis y cómo contribuye a mejorar la imagen y la reputación de la institución durante las crisis en estudio, así como conocer la importancia y presencia del elemento de liderazgo administrativo dentro de la Institución de Comunicaciones de Argel en el Estado de Tinduf. En nuestro estudio, nos basamos en el currículo del estudio de caso seleccionando la muestra prevista, que consiste en un grupo de empleados de la institución, utilizando la herramienta de entrevista y observación como herramientas para el estudio. Donde se concluyó un conjunto de resultados en este último, tal vez el más importante de los cuales es que el liderazgo administrativo tiene un papel en la entidad de cualquier institución y es imposible establecer en primer lugar sin un liderazgo administrativo exitoso, así como el investigador concluyó que el liderazgo tiene un lugar importante en la dirección práctica de contactos Argelia en el estado de Tinduf, que es una estructura y un dispositivo que no se puede prescindir de, por lo que es una gran arma para hacer frente a los obstáculos y crisis a través del estudio de ellos y siguiendo el grado de su seriedad y gestión y la formación de un equipo especial para hacerles frente y cuidar de ... Summary of the study: This study included and analyzed the role of the administrative leadership in crisis management within the public economic institution "Practical Directorate of Communications of Algeria in Tindouf State", where this study aims at the level and extent of the role of the administrative leadership in the management of the institution during the crisis and how it contributes to improving the image and reputation of the institution during the crises under study, as well as knowing the importance and presence of the element of administrative leadership within the Institution of Algiers Communications in The State of Tindouf. In our study, we relied on the case study curriculum selecting the intended sample, which consists of a group of employees of the institution, using the interview and observation tool as tools for the study.
