Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف علي دور الصراع التنظيمي في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر فرع عين تادلس,لأن الصراع التنظيمي ظاهرة تسود مختلف مؤسسات ,لهذا حظي موضوع الصراع التنظيمي اهتمام واسع من قبل الكتاب و المفكرين . وقد تم الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي في معالجة الموضوع ,وعينة مكونة من 13 عامل .أما بالنسبة إلي جانب أداة الدراسة المتمثلة في المقابلة . وقد صيغت مجموعة فرضيات تمثلت في : العلاقة السائدة داخل مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر مستغانم فرع عين تادلس . -نمط الاتصال و الأداء الوظيفي هو الاتصال غير الرسمي في مؤسسة والرسمي اتصالات الجزائر مستغانم فرع عين تادلس . -معيقات الاتصال الوظيفي هي عدم توافق مستوى التعليمي مع خدمة مقدمة داخل مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر مستغانم فرع عين تادلس . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلي مجموعة من النتائج نذكر منها : من خلال دراستنا للموضوع و بحثنا الميداني توصلنا إلي مجموعة من نتائج وهيا : -للاتصال دور فعال في ادارة الصراع التنظيمي . -اعتماد علي نمط اتصال غير رسمي بشكل كبيرة ممن يسهل عملية اتصال و تخفيف من حدوث صراع - غياب العدالة التنظيمية في توزيع مهام هذا ما أدي إلي شعور بالتهميش . الكلمات المفتاحية : دور الصراع التنظيمي- مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر - الأداء الوظيفي- عين تادلس – مؤسسات .

Abstract : This study aims to identify the role of organizational conflict in Algeria Telecom, Ain Tadles branch, because organizational conflict is a phenomenon that prevails in various institutions, so the issue of organizational conflict has received wide attention by writers and thinkers. The descriptive analytical method was used in dealing with the subject, and a sample of 13 employers was used. As for the study tool side of the interview. A set of hypotheses were formulated as: The prevailing relationship within the Algeria Telecom Mostaganem branch, Ain Tadles branch. The communication style and job performance is the informal communication in the institution and the official one, Algeria Telecom Mostaganem, Ain Tadles branch. - Obstacles to functional communication are the incompatibility of the educational level with the service provided within the Algeria Telecom Mostaganem, Ain Tadles branch. The study reached a set of results, including: Through our study of the subject and our field research, we reached a set of results, and they are: Communication has an effective role in managing organizational conflict.
