dc.description.abstract |
The Sonelgaz Corporation (the electricity and gas production and distribution
company) is one of the leading institutions in Algeria and a reference for many of them,
especially in the management of human resources. The form as a technique for collecting
information to be placed in tables and we analyze it in order to reach, in the end, the results that
we present in this intervention.We also tried through the study that we conducted to address
the issue of the reality of employment policy in economic institutions in order to identify the
extent to which the Algerian administrations are keen to implement the regulatory texts of
employment contained in the law on the public service. It seeks to achieve the public interest,
and we have chosen to study the following variables: the legal stages of recruitment and
bureaucratic practices for selection and appointment, as well as training, as well as job analysis,
as well as interview procedures in the Directorate of Public Employment in the state of
Mostaganem and in the employment interest of the Sonelgaz Foundation
This study also allowed to present a set of suggestions based on the shortcomings that we
noticed in our study, which can contribute to improving the employment process in economic
institutions, for example, the Sonelgaz Corporation for Electricity and Gas Distribution,
