dc.description.abstract |
The human element is considered as one of the most important pillars which any organisation
stand on as it is an effective element and has a prominent role in it continuity and sustainability,
which is expressedib diffrent ways that are reflected in the performance of business in the
arganisation .
For this reason , we took in this research the subject of motivation and its contributions in
improving the performance of the human resource in Mostaganem's port corporation. So, the
Incentives, whether material or moral Contribute and significantly affect the level of workers'
performance.
A random sample was taken from Mostaganem's port corporation which included 100 workers
with the aim of studying Incentive system for human resources performance.
The results of the study concluded that the incentive systeme at Mostaganem's port corporation is
ineffective and non_existent and does not help improve performance. The study also recomended
working to increase the effectiveness of the incentive system in the corporation. |
