ETUDE ET OPTIMISATION DE LA SECTION DE RECUPERATION DU GPL AU NIVEAU DU COMPLEXE GL2/Z

Abstract

Résumé Ce GPL connaît un développement progressif dans le domaine économique durant ces dernières années. Le principal facteur de cette croissance ne réside pas seulement dans sa qualité de combustible propre et efficace mais aussi dans la réalisation de nombreux projets d’investissement consentis dans ce domaine. Le but essentiel d’étudier la section séparation et fractionnement d’un train de liquéfaction du gaz naturel et de rechercher les points qui causent la mauvaise production de propane. Le travail ainsi réalisé nous à permis d’une part de confirmer les quantités de GPL pouvant être exploitées et dont la qualité est conforme aux normes du marché, d’autre part de conclure effectivement à un manque à produire des GPL en raison de présence d’une quantité de propane non négligeable en tête de la tour de lavage et au fond de de propaniseur. Summary This LPG has experienced a gradual development in the economic field in recent years. The main factor of this growth does not only lie in its quality of clean and efficient fuel but also in the realization of many investment projects agreed in this field. The main purpose of studying the separation and fractionation section of a natural gas liquefaction train and to find the points which cause the poor production of propane. The work thus carried out enabled us on the one hand to confirm the quantities of LPG that can be exploited and whose quality complies with market standards, and on the other hand to effectively conclude that there is a failure to produce LPG due to the presence of a significant quantity of propane at the head of the washing tower and at the bottom of the propanizer.
