dc.description.abstract |
Algeria Telecom in general and Mobilis in particular began to introduce quality into its
strategic vision, which is necessary to attract customers and make them loyal. Therefore, it
is necessary for the company today to change and according to some of the suggestions we
reached through interrogating a sample of the company's customers.
Service marketing has become in our time of great importance and has become in the same
degree marketing
Products, through what I studied in this research, we can say that the role of marketing in the
service organization has becomethe center of attention of institutions, companies and all
societies, and this has significant results and positive effects, so the latter (institutions) have become integrating marketing (i.e. marketing directorates) in its structures, after making
