dc.description.abstract Abstract: The current study aims to reveal the quality of working life relationship with the school guidance and guidance advisers. A random class sample consisting of 35 counsellors and counsellors was selected for the guidance and guidance Centre of the state of mustaganam during the 2021/2022 school season. The researcher followed the steps of the prescriptive curriculum, the indicators of his honesty and consistency were verified, and the statistical analysis was carried out by the “T”. The study found a correlation between the quality of work life and the motivation of achievement at the school Guidance and Counselling Adviser.
