ﺘﻬدف اﻟد ارﺴﺔ إﻟﻰ اﻟﺘﻌرف ﻋﻠﻰ اﻨﻌ ﺎس اﻟﺘﻛو ن أﺜﻨﺎء اﻟﺨدﻤﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻛﻔﺎءات اﻟﺘدرﺴ ﺔ
(اﻟﺘﺨط – اﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴذ – اﻟﺘﻘو م) ﻟد أﺴﺎﺘذة اﻟﺘر ﺔ اﻟﺒدﻨ ﺔ واﻟرﺎﻀ ﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻤرﺤﻠﺔ اﻟﺘﻌﻠ م اﻟﻤﺘوﺴ
وذﻟك ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﻴﻨﺔ ﻗدرت ب (70) أﺴﺘﺎذا وﻗد اﺨﺘﻴروا طرﻘﺔ ﻋﺸواﺌ ﺔ ﻤن ﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ اﻟ ﺤث اﻟﻤﺘﻛون
ﻤن ﺠﻤ ﻊ أﺴﺎﺘذة اﻟﺘر ﺔ اﻟﺒدﻨ ﺔ واﻟرﺎﻀ ﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﻘﺎطﻌﺔ اﻷوﻟﻰ ﻟوﻻ ﺔ ﻤﺴﺘﻐﺎﻨم واﻟ ﺎﻟﻎ ﻋددﻫم
ﺤواﻟﻲ ) 134) ﻤوزﻋﻴن ﻋﻠﻰ (67) ﻤﺘوﺴطﺔ وذﻟك ﺤﺴب إﺤﺼﺎﺌ ﺎت اﻟﻌﺎم (2023-2022)

ﻴﺨص أدوات اﻟد ارﺴﺔ ﻓﻘد اﺴﺘﺨدﻤﺎ ﻤﻘ ﺎﺴﻴن ﻞ ﻤﻘ ﺎس ﻤ ون ﻤن (30) ﻓﻘرة ﻤوزﻋﺎن ﻋﻠﻰ
ﺜﻼﺜﺔ ﻤﺤﺎور ﻫﻲ (اﻟﺘﺨط – اﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴذ – اﻟﺘﻘو م) ﺜم اﻹﺠﺎ ﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻫذﻩ اﻟﻌ ﺎ ارت ﻤن ﺨﻼﻝ ﻤﻘ ﺎس
ﻟ رت اﻟﺨﻤﺎﺴﻲ ﺎﻹﻀﺎﻓﺔ إﻟﻰ طﺎﻗﺔ ﻤﻼﺤظﺔ ﻤ وﻨﺔ ﻤن (18) ﻤﻬﺎرة ﺘدرﺴ ﺔ ﻤوزﻋﺔ ﻫﻲ
اﻷﺨر ﻋﻠﻰ ﻨﻔس اﻟﻤﺤﺎور ﺎﺴﺘﺨدام ﻤﻘ ﺎس ﻟ رت اﻟﺨﻤﺎﺴﻲ .
واﻋﺘﻤد اﻟطﺎﻟ ﺎن ﻋﻠﻰ ﺒرﻨﺎﻤﺞ اﻟﺤزﻤﺔ اﻹﺤﺼﺎﺌ ﺔ SPSS 22 ﺎﺴﺘﺨدام اﻟﻤﺘوﺴ اﻟﺤﺴﺎﺒﻲ –
اﻻﻨﺤ ارف اﻟﻤﻌ ﺎر – اﻟﻨﺴ ﺔ اﻟﻤﺌو ﺔ – اﻟﺘﻛ ار ارت – ﺘﺤﻠﻴﻞ اﻟﺘ ﺎﻴن أﺤﺎد اﻻﺘﺠﺎﻩ ANOVA
واﺨﺘ ﺎر أدق ﻓرق ﻤﻌﻨو LSD وﻗد أظﻬرت ﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ اﻟد ارﺴﺔ ﻤﺎ ﻴﻠﻲ:
ﻤﺘﻠك أﺴﺎﺘذة اﻟﺘر ﺔ اﻟﺒدﻨ ﺔ واﻟرﺎﻀ ﺔ ﻤﺴﺘو ﺠﻴد ﻤن اﻟﻛﻔﺎءات اﻟﺘدرﺴ ﺔ .
ﻴﻨﻌ س اﻟﺘﻛو ن أﺜﻨﺎء اﻟﺨدﻤﺔ ﺎﻹﻴﺠﺎب ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻛﻔﺎءات اﻟﺘدرﺴ ﺔ ﻤن وﺠﻬﺔ ﻨظر أﺴﺎﺘذة
اﻟﺘر ﺔ اﻟﺒدﻨ ﺔ واﻟرﺎﻀ ﺔ .
وﻗد ﺘم اﻗﺘ ارح إﻨﺸﺎء ﻤﻨﺼﺔ رﻗﻤ ﺔ ﺨﺎﺼﺔ ﻤﻔﺘش اﻟﺘر ﺔ اﻟﺒدﻨ ﺔ واﻟرﺎﻀ ﺔ ﺘرطﻪ ﺄﺴﺎﺘذة اﻟﻤﺎدة
ﻓﻲ ﻤرﺤﻠﺔ اﻟﺘﻌﻠ م اﻟﻤﺘوﺴ ﻟﻠوﺼوﻝ ﺎﻟﺘﻛو ن إﻟﻰ درﺠﺔ اﻟﻔﻌﺎﻟ ﺔ .
اﻟﻛﻠﻤﺎت اﻟﻤﻔﺘﺎﺤ ﺔ : اﻟﺘﻛو ن أﺜﻨﺎء اﻟﺨدﻤﺔ – اﻟﻛﻔﺎءات اﻟﺘدرﺴ ﺔ ––ﺤﺼﺔ اﻟﺘر ﺔ اﻟﺒدﻨ ﺔ
واﻟرﺎﻀ ﺔ .
Title: The reflection of in-service training on the teaching competencies of teachers of
physical education and sports.
Abstract:
The study aims to identify the reflection of in-service training on the teaching competencies
( planning – implementation and evaluation ) among teachers of physical education and sports in
the middle school stage , this is based on a sample estimated at ( 70 ) teachers , who were chosen
randomly from the research community consisting of all teachers of physical education and
sports , in the western province of Mostaganem , and their number is about (134 ) teachers
distributed over (64) medium school , this is according to the statistics for the year ( 2022 –
2023) in the rate of ( 52,28) %
The students adopted the descriptive survey method because it is the most appropriate in such a
study, as for the study tools, they used two scales, each scale consisting of (30) items distributed
on three axes (planning – implementation and evaluation)
Then answer these statements using the five – point Likert scale. In addition to a note card
consisting of (18) teaching skills distributed also on the same axes using the five- point Likert
scale.
The students relied on the SPSS 22 statistical package program using the arithmetic mean,
standard deviation, percentage, one way ANOVA, and LSD test.
The results of the study showed the following:
- Physical education and sports teachers have a good level of teaching – competencies.
- In-service training reflects positively on the teaching competencies from the point of view of
teachers of physical education and sports.
It has been proposed to establish a digital platform for the inspector of physical education and
sports, linking him to the subject teachers in the intermediate education stage, in order to reach
the level of affectedness in. |
