Analyse et gestion des déchets industriels au niveau du complexe GL3/Z d'Arzew

Abstract

تشكل النفايات الصناعية أحد أهم المخاطر التي تهدد البيئة، وال سيما من خالل تلوث المياه والتربة والهواء وصحة اإلنسان. ومع ذلك، فإن إدارتها في الجزائر، وال سيما النفايات الخطرة الخاصة، تطرح مشكلة تتطلب إلى حد ما استثما ًرا كبي ًرا ودراية فنية ومتطلبات تنظيمية للحد من اإلزعاج والمخاطر المرتبطة بخصائصها الخطرة. مع وضع ذلك في االعتبار، تم تكريس عملنا الحالي لدراسة حول النفايات الصناعية على مستوى مجمع Z3/GL SONATRACH من أجل حل المشكلة وإدارة معالجتها بشكل أفضل. لقد حاولنا اقتراح تقنيات تأخذ في االعتبار العامل االقتصادي. وقد مكنتنا إدارة النفايات داخل Z3/GL من تحديد وتوصيف مختلف أنواع النفايات، فضال عن العمليات المتبعة لمعالجتها امتثاال لحماية البيئة. الكلمات الدالة: إدارة النفايات - المشاريع - النفايات الخاصة - Z3/GL المعقدة - البيئة. Les déchets industriels constituent l'un des risques les plus significatifs pour l'environnement notamment par la pollution de l'eau, du sol et de l'air ainsi que la santé humaine. Cependant, leur gestion en Algérie et en particulier les déchets spéciaux dangereux pose un problème qui nécessite plusou moins un grand investissement, un savoir-faire et des exigences réglementaires pour limiter les nuisances et les risques liés à leurs caractères dangereux. Dans cette optique, notre présent travail est consacré à une étude sur les déchets industriels au niveau du complexeGL3/Z de l’entreprise SONATRACH afin de Pour résoudre le problème et mieux gérer leur traitement. Nous avons essayé de proposer des techniques prenant en compte le facteur économique. La gestion des déchets au sein de GL3/Z nous a permis d’identifier et caractériser les différents types de déchets, ainsi que les procédés suivis pour leur traitement dans le respect de la protection de l'environnement. Abstract

Industrial waste is one of the most significant risks to the environment, in particular through water, soil and air pollution and human health. However, their management in Algeria, and in particular the special hazardous waste, poses a problem that more or less requires a large investment, know-how and regulatory requirements to limit the nuisances and risks associated with their hazardous characteristics. With this in mind, our present work is devoted to a study on industrial waste at the SONATRACH GL3/Z complex in order to solve the problem and better manage its treatment. We have tried to propose techniques that take into account the economic factor. Waste management within GL3/Z has enabled us to identify and characterize the different types of waste, as well as the processes followed for their treatment in compliance with environmental protection.
