Etude technique d’un bâtiment en « r+15étages +2 sous-sols et un étage mezzanine » à usage mixte avec un système constructif « murs porteurs »

Abstract

Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment de forme irrégulière d’habitation et commercial constitué d'un un rez de chaussée+15 étages avec une mezzanine, implanté dans la wilaya de Alger, Cette étude se compose de cinq parties: -La première partie : c’est la description générale du projet avec une présentation de l’aspect architectural des éléments du batiment. -La deuxième partie: consacrée pour le pré dimensionnement de la structure et enfin la descente des charges. -La troisième partie: a été consacrée aux éléments secondaires (l’escalier , balcon et l’acrotère). -L’étude dynamique de la structure : a été entamée dans la quatrième partie par Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2023 et afin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux chargements (charges permanente, d’exploitation et charge sismique). -La dernière partie : comprend le ferraillage des différents éléments résistants de la structure (fondation, voile , poutres dalle pleine). Ceci, en tenant compte des recommandations du BAEL91 révisée 99 et des règlements parasismiques algériens RPA 99/2003. Mots-clés:Bâtiment,séisme,modélisation ;béton armé, ferraillage. f ملخص يقدم هذا المشروع دراسة تفصيلية لمبنى غير منتظم الشكل السكني والتجاري يتكون من طابق أرضي + 15 طوابق مع ميزانين ، يقع في والية الجزائر العاصمة ، وتتكون هذه الدراسة من خمسة أجزاء: الجزء األول : الوصف العام للمشروع مع عرض الجانب المعماري لعناصر البناء. -الجزء الثاني: مخصص للحجم المسبق للهيكل وأخيرا خفض األحمال. - الجزء الثالث: خصص للعناصر الثانوية )الساللم، الشرفة واألكروتيرا(. -دراسة ديناميكية للهيكل: بدأت في الجزء الرابع من قبل أوتوديسك الروبوت التحليل الهيكلي المهنية 2023 ومن أجل تحديد الضغوط المختلفة بسبب األحمال )دائمة، التشغيل والزالزل األحمال(. الجزء األخير: يشمل تعزيز العناصر المقاومة المختلفة للهيكل )األساس ، الشراع ، حزم البالطة الصلبة(. هذا يأخذ في االعتبار توصيات BAEL91 المنقحة 99 وأنظمة الزالزل الجزائرية RPA 99/2003. g Abstract This project presents a detailed study of a building of irregular form of residential and commercial consisting of a ground floor + 15 floors with a mezzanine , located in the wilaya of Algiers, This study consists of five parts: -The first part: the general description of the project with a presentation of the architectural aspect of the building elements. -The second part: devoted to the pre-sizing of the structure and finally the lowering of loads. -The third part: was devoted to the secondary elements (stairs, balcony and acrotera). -The dynamic study of the structure: was started in the fourth part by Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2023 and in order to determine the different stresses due to loads (permanent, operating and seismic loads). -The last part: includes the reinforcement of the various resistant elements of the structure (foundation, sail, solid slab beams). This takes into account the recommendations of BAEL91 revised 99 and the Algerian earthquake regulations RPA 99/2003.
