Finally, I would like to thank everyone who, directly or indirectly, has contributed to the success of our academic career and the development of this thesis . ﺍﻟﻬﺪﻑ : ﺗﻬﺪﻑ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻓﺤﺺ ﺍﺳﺘﻌﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻷﺩﺍء ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻴﻴﻦ ﺗﻤﺎﺭﻳﻦ ﺭﻳﺎﺿﻴﺔ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺇﺻﺎﺑﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻀﻼﺕ ٬ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﻛﻴﺰ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺤﺪﻳﺜﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺃﺟﺮﻳﺖ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻹﺻﺎﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻀﻠﻴﺔ ﺟﺰء ﻻ ﻳﺘﺠﺰﺃ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻴﺔ ٬ ﻭﻳﺘﻌﺮﺽ ﻟﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻜﺜﻴﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻴﻴﻦ ٬ ﺑﺤﻴﺚ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺒﻌﺾ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻓﻀﻞ ﺣﺎﻻﺗﻬﻢ ﻭﻣﺴﺘﻮﻳﺎﺗﻬﻢ ٬ ﻣﻤﺎ ﻳﺠﻌﻠﻬﻢ ﻳﺨﺴﺮﻭﻥ ﻭ ﻳﻔﻘﺪﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﻜﺜﻴﺮ ٬ ﻭﻫﻨﺎﻙ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻘﻮﺩﻫﻢ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﻗﻒ ﻋﻦ ﻣﻤﺎﺭﺳﺔ ﺍﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﺔ ٬ ﻭﻫﻨﺎﻙ ﻣﻦ ﻳﻔﻘﺪ ﺣﻴﺎﺗﻪ ﺍﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻴﺔ ..... ﺍﻟﺦ. ﺗﻬﺪﻑ ﺩﺭﺍﺳﺘﻨﺎ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺔ ﻣﻌﺎﻟﺠﺔ ﺍﻷﻣﺮ ٬ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﺎﺏ ﻓﻌﻠﻪ ﻟﻠﻌﻮﺩﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﺪﺭﻳﺐ ﻓﻲ ﺃﺳﺮﻉ ﻭﻗﺖ ﻣﻤﻜﻦ ٬ ﻭﺑﺎﻷﺧﺺ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔ ﻧﻮﻉ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﺓ ﺍﻟﺰﻣﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ ﻟﻠﺮﺍﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻭﻉ ﻓﻲ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﺇﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﺄﻫﻴﻞ ﻣﺎ ﺇﻥ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﺍﻟﺮﺍﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﻄﻮﻳﻠﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻘﺼﻴﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺴﺎﻋﺪ ﺍﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻮﺩﺓ ﺑﺴﺮﻋﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺗﺪﺭﻳﺒﺎﺗﻪ ﻭﺃﻳﻀﺎ ﺗﺒﻴﻦ ﺩﺭﺍﺳﺘﻨﺎ ﺃﻫﻤﻴﺔ ﺇﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﺄﻫﻴﻞ ﻭﺃﻫﻤﻴﺔ ﻗﻮﺍﻋﺪﻫﺎ ﻭﺑﺮﻭﺗﻮﻛﻮﻻﺗﻬﺎ . ﺗﻡ ﺇﺟﺭﺍء ﻣﺭﺍﺟﻌﺔ ﺷﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﻟﻸﺩﺑﻳﺎﺕ ﻻﺳﺗﻛﺷﺎﻑ ﺗﺄﺛﻳﺭ ﺇﺻﺎﺑﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺿﻼﺕ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﺩﺍء ﺍﻟﺭﻳﺎﺿﻲ ﻭﻋﻣﻠﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﺎﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻼﺣﻘﺔ. ﺗﻡ ﺗﺣﻠﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺣﺩﻳﺛﺔ ٬ ﺑﻣﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺫﻟﻙ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺳﺔ 1 ﻭﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺳﺔ ٬ 2 ﻟﺗﺣﺩﻳﺩ ﺍﻟﻧﺗﺎﺋﺞ ﻭﺍﻻﺗﺟﺎﻫﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺭﺋﻳﺳﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﻣﺟﺎﻝ. ﺗﻣﺕ ﺇﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﻓﺻﻝ ﻣﻧﻔﺻﻝ ﻣﺧﺻﺹ ﻟﻼﻋﺑﻲ ﺍﻟﺟﻣﺑﺎﺯ ﻭﺍﻟﺭﻳﺎﺿﻳﻳﻥ ﺣﻭﻝ ﺗﻣﺎﺭﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﺟﻣﺑﺎﺯ ﻟﺗﻭﻓﻳﺭ ﻓﻬﻡ ﺷﺎﻣﻝ ﻟﻠﺗﺣﺩﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻻﻋﺗﺑﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻣﺣﺩﺩﺓ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺳﻳﺎﻕ . ﺍﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ: ﻛﺸﻔﺖ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻤﺖ ﻣﺮﺍﺟﻌﺘﻬﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺇﺻﺎﺑﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻀﻼﺕ ﺗﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻛﺒﻴﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺩﺍء ﺍﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻴﻴﻦ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻤﺎﺭﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﺒﺎﺯ ٬ ﻣﻤﺎ ﻳﺴﻠﻂ ﺍﻟﻀﻮء ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﺟﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﺳﺘﺮﺍﺗﻴﺠﻴﺎﺕ ﺇﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﺗﺄﻫﻴﻞ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﺔ. ﺃﻅﻬﺮﺕ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ 1 ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺷﺪﺓ ﺍﻹﺻﺎﺑﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﺍﻟﻼﺯﻡ ﻟﻠﺘﻌﺎﻓﻲ ٬ ﺑﻴﻨﻤﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻜﺸﻔﺖ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ 2 ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﺪﺭﻳﺐ ﺍﻟﻘﻮﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻬﺪﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺳﺘﻌﺎﺩﺓ ﺍﻷﺩﺍء ﻟﺪﻯ ﺍﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻴﻴﻦ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻤﺎﺭﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﺒﺎﺯ. ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺤﺪﻳﺜﺔ ٬ ﺟﻨﺒﺎ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺟﻨﺐ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻷﻋﻤﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺑﻘﺔ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺼﻠﺔ ٬ ﺗﺴﻬﻢ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﺟﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻓﻲ ﻓﻬﻢ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻻﻧﺘﻌﺎﺵ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻴﻴﻦ ﺗﻤﺎﺭﻳﻦ ﺭﻳﺎﺿﻴﺔ. ﺍﻟﺨﻼﺻﺔ: ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﻟﻤﻌﺎﻳﻨﺔ ﺇﺻﺎﺑﺘﻚ ﺍﻟﻌﻀﻠﻴﺔ ﻭ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔ ﺳﺒﺒﻬﺎ ﻭ ﻣﺎ ﻫﻲ ﺍﻟﺨﻄﻮﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻚ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺘﺒﻌﻬﺎ ﻟﻠﻌﻮﺩﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﺎﺩﻳﻦ ﻓﻲ ﺃﺳﺮﻉ ﻭﻗﺖ ﻣﻤﻜﻦ ﺑﺤﻴﺚ ﺗﺴﺎﻋﺪﻙ ﺃﻳﻀﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺤﺪﻳﺪ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﺓ ﺍﻟﺰﻣﻨﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺮﺍﺣﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺤﺘﺎﺟﻬﺎ ﺇﺻﺎﺑﺘﻚ ﻭ ﺗﺼﻤﻴﻢ ﺑﺮﻭﺗﻮﻛﻮﻝ ﻳﻨﺎﺳﺒﻚ ﻟﺘﺴﺮﻳﻊ ﻓﻲ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺔ en_US
