الصدمة النفسية للمدمن المسبوق قضائيا

Abstract

• ملخص: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الصدمة النفسية للمدمن مسبوق قضائيا، حيث جاءت هذه الدراسة للتركيز على أهم التناذرات النفس الصدمية المميزة للصدمة النفسية، التي عانى منها المدمن جراء دخوله السجن. وقد تم في دراستنا إتباع المنهج العيادي الذي يلائم موضوع الدراسة والذي يعتمد على بلوغ الهدف بشكل مباشر ومحدد وقد اعتمدنا في الدراسة على استبيان تروماك لتقييم الصدمة النفسية أو المقابلة التي طبقت على عينة الدراسة المتكونة من حالتين يعالجون في مركز الوسيطي لعلاج الإدمان. أكدت النتائج المتحصل عليها أن الحالتين تعاني من تناذرات نفس صدمية (تناذر التكرار، تناذر التجنب) فتصاحبها مجموعة من الأعراض شعور بالقلق والخوف، انخفاض تقدير الذات، اللامبالاة بالحياة والإحساس بالعار منذ وقوع الحدث الصدمة. الكلمات المفتاحية : الصدمة النفسية، السجن، المدمن. دراسة حالة، استبيان التروماك. • Abstract : This study dealt with the issue of psychological trauma for an addict who has been judicially precedent, as this study came to focus on the most important psycho-traumatic syndromes characteristic of psychological trauma, which the addict suffered as a result of his imprisonment. In our study, the clinical approach that fits the subject of the study was followed, which depends on achieving the goal directly and specifically. In the study, we relied on the Traumaq questionnaire to assess the psychological trauma and the interview that was applied to the study sample consisting of two cases treated in the addiction mediation center. The obtained results confirmed that the two cases suffer from psychotraumatic syndromes (repetition syndrome, avoidance syndrome) accompanied by a group of symptoms such as anxiety and fear, low self-esteem, indifference to life and a sense of shame since the occurrence of the traumatic event .
