The title of the study: "The impact of practicing Adapted Physical Activity on the level of generalized anxiety among the individuals with motor disability." The aim of the study is to know the differences in the level of anxiety between the individuals with motor disability who practice the adapted physical activity and those who do not practice. The hypothesis of the study was that there were statistically significant differences between the individuals with motor disability who practice the adapted physical activity and those who do not practice, in the generalized anxiety scale in favor of the practitioners. This study was applied to a sample of 40 individuals with motor disabilities who were chosen intentionally, 20 practitioners of the adapted physical activity and 20 non-practitioners. In his study, the researcher used the Taylor Explicit Anxiety Scale, and to confirm the results of the study, the T-test was relied on to measure two independent and equal samples, using the statistical package for social sciences SPSS, where the results of the study found that there are statistically significant differences between the practitioners and non-practitioners of adapted physical activity in the level of anxiety in favor of the practitioners. From it, we conclude that the practice of adapted physical activity has a positive effect in reducing the level of generalized anxiety among the individuals with motor disability. Finally, the researcher recommended the need to devote efforts to raising awareness about the importance of adapted physical activity for the individuals with motor disability and its positive repercussions on various physical, psychological and social aspects.
