Abstract

انعكاسات ظروف بيئة العمل المادية على العملية التعليمية لمادة التربية البدنية والرياضية" تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على انعكاسات ظروف بيئة العمل المادية على العملية التعليمية لمادة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي، ولتحقيق ذلك قام الطالبان الباحثان بإعداد إستمارة استبيانية، وبعد التأكد من صدق وثبات الأداة، شرعنا في تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة الأساسية التي كان قوامها 37 أستاذا لمادة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي بولاية غليزان،تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية مُستخدمين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية أظهرت النتائج أن ظروف بيئة العمل المادية في ثانويات ولاية غليزان لا تساعد على سير وتحقيق الأهداف التعليمية لمادة التربية البدنية والرياضية.

"Reflections of the conditions of the physicalworkenvironment on the educationalprocess of physicaleducation and sports" Studysummary : This study aims to identify the repercussions of the conditions of the physical work environment on the educational process of the material of physical and sports education in the secondary education stage. The subject of physical and sports education at the secondary level in the state of Relizane, was randomly selected using the descriptive survey method, and after statistical treatment, the results showed that the conditions of the material work environment in the secondary schools of the state of Relizane do not help or achieve the educational goals of physical education and sports.

Cette étude vise à identifier les répercussions des conditions de l'environnement physique de travail sur le processus éducatif du matériel d'éducation physique et sportive au cycle secondaire.Le sujet de l'éducation physique et sportive au niveau secondaire dans l'état de Relizane, a été tiré au sort selon la méthode de l'enquête descriptive, et après traitement statistique, les résultats ont montré que les conditions de l'environnement matériel de travail dans les lycées de l'état de Relizane n'aident ni n'atteignent les objectifs pédagogiques de l'éducation physique et sportive.
