علاقة التكوين الاولي والكفاءات التكنولوجية عند أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بالتعليم الثانوي

Abstract

هذا العمل البحثي بعنوان علاقة استعمال الكفاءات التكنولوجية والتكوين الأولي في مقاطعة تيسمسيلت وغليزان للسنة الدراسية 2022/ 2023. كان الهدف العام هو تحديد مستوى استخدام الكفاءات التكنولوجية عند أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في التعليم الثانوي كذلك العلاقة بين المتغيرين قيد الدراسة) الكفاءات التكنولوجية والتكوين الأولي (،فإن المنهجية المستخدمة هي دراسة كمية وصفية و ارتباطية وغير تجريبية .شملت العينة المعتمدة 40 أستاذ تخصص التربية البدنية والرياضية تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية تم تطبيق أداتين) الكفاءات التكنولوجية والتكوين الأول (، على طريقة مقياس لكارت، التي تما التحقق من صدقهما من خلال حكم الخبراء وكانت درجة الثبات عالية من الموثوقية ) الرقم لكل من الأداتين(.نتيجة التحليلا لإحصائي الناتجة عن مستوى كفاءة التكنولوجية أستاذ التربية البدنية بالتعليم الثانوي كانت(3.10(وكان مستوى التكوين الأولي لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية كان) 3.54) (وجاءت نتيجة معامل بيرسون ضعيفة معنويا (0.07) وخلصت إلى أن التكوين الأولي للأساتذة وكفاءاته التكنولوجية غير مرتبطان ارتباطا مباشرا.

The title of the study: The Relationship of formation and technological competencies for a teacher of education and sports in secondary education This research work is entitled the relationship between the use of technological competencies and initial training in the province of Tissemsilt and Relizane for the academic year 2022/2023. The general objective was to determine the level of use of technological competencies by teachers of physical and sports education in secondary education, as well as the relationship between the two variables under study (technological competencies and initial training), The methodology used is a quantitative, descriptive, correlational, and non-experimental study. The approved sample included 40 professors specializing in physical education and sports who were randomly selected. Two tools (technological competencies and first training) were applied, according to the Kart scale method, whose validity was verified through expert judgment. The high stability of reliability (the number for each of the two tools). The result of the statistical analysis resulting from the level of technological competence of the teacher of physical education in secondary education was (the number), and the level of initial formation for the teacher of physical education and sports was (the number). The result of the Pearson coefficient was morally weak (the number) and concluded That the initial formation of professors and technological competencies are not directly related.
