Valeur nutritive de l’Atriplex halimus L suivant les saisons Automne et printemps de site Mostaganem

Abstract

The variation of the chemical analysis through the different organs leaves, twigs and plant, shows maximum and minimum values. The dry matter analysis results show that the highest rate is recorded for the plant (46.8%). This rate is significantly higher compared to the dry matter rate of twigs 44.5% and leaves 36.3% and compared to the spring season. The highest organic matter content of Atriplex halimus for the autumn season is recorded for the leaf organ with 17.03%. For the spring season, the twigs are the richest with 24.66. The plant shows a high MM rate of 34.46%, while the twigs show a rate of 27%. For the fall season. The plant is richer in mineral matter with 16.01% for the spring season. The spring season marks a high rate compared to the autumn season with regard to crude cellulose, a CB rate of 20% is recorded for the leaves. The average leaf fiber rate is 48.85% for the leaves, the plant displays a rate of 44.1% for the autumn season, for the spring season the leaf fiber rate is 45.55%. The analysis of the fibers shows that during the two seasons it is always the leaves which are the richest in relation to the plant. The chloride analysis results show that the Cl rate is almost identical in the leaves of 13.37 and 13.91% for the two seasons. The plant is richer in oxalates with a rate of 7.76%, the leaves record a low rate of 6.03% for the autumn season. For the spring season, the leaves and twigs have a rate of 7.76 and 8.02%. The twigs are the richest in oxalates.
