dc.description.abstract |
This research work is entitled the relationship between the use of technological competencies and initial training in the province of Tissemsilt and Relizane for the academic year 2022/2023. The general objective was to determine the level of use of technological competencies by teachers of physical and sports education in secondary education, as well as the relationship between the two variables under study (technological competencies and initial training), The methodology used is a quantitative, descriptive, correlational, and non-experimental study. The approved sample included 40 professors specializing in physical education and sports who were randomly selected. Two tools (technological competencies and first training) were applied, according to the Kart scale method, whose validity was verified through expert judgment. The high stability of reliability (the number for each of the two tools). The result of the statistical analysis resulting from the level of technological competence of the teacher of physical education in secondary education was (the number), and the level of initial formation for the teacher of physical education and sports was (the number). The result of the Pearson coefficient was morally weak (the number) and concluded That the initial formation of professors and technological competencies are not directly related. |
