| dc.description.abstract | إذا من خلال د ا رستنا تم توصل لوجود علاقة و أتر كبير لدافعية الإنجاز على أهمية الم ا رقبة الطبية فمفهوم دافعية الإنجاز يعني يدفع و يحرك و علاقته بالم ا رقبة الطبية هي تنشيط و تسليط الم ا رقبة على الأندية الرياضية ككل و ليس في ألعاب القوى فقط ، و هذا ما يؤتر سلبا على النتائج الممكن التحصل عليه لو وجدت الم ا رقبة لكانت النتائج أحسن و نحو الأفضل .
