تحديد اهم استعددات وقدرات الانتقاء الاولي حسب اراء اهل الاختصاص للاعبي كرة القدم

Abstract

هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى معرفة اهم استعدادات وقد ا رت اللاعبين في فئة أقل من 31 سنة في كرة القدم. افترضت الد ا رسة وجود استعدادات وقد ا رت متنوعة تشمل القد ا رت الحركية، المورفولوجيا، المهارية، النفسية، والذهنية. تم استخدام استمارة استبيانية في الد ا رسة، وشملت العينة 40 دكتو ا ر وأستاذًا من معهد التربية البدنية والرياضة في مستغانم وجامعة وه ا رن توصلت الد ا رسة إلى عدة نتائج مهمة، حيث أظهرت أن سرعة رد الفعل والجري والمرونة والتوافق العصبي والوزن والتحكم بالكرة والرشاقة والجري بالكرة والتمري ا رت القصيرة وضرب الكرة بال أ رس والسيطرة على الكرة ودقة التصويب والقدرة على الاسترخاء ومواجهة القلق والثقة بالنفس والقدرة على التركيز وقياس الشخصية وقياس الذكاء واتخاذ الق ا ر ا رت بسرعة والإيحاء الذاتي هي جوانب هامة يجب الاهتمام بها في عملية الانتقاء الأولي للاعبين الموهوبين في الختام، يوصي الطالبان بأهمية الاهتمام بتلك الاستعدادات والقد ا رت والعمل بها في عملية الانتقاء الأولي، وذلك من أجل اختيار اللاعبين الموهوبين بنجاح Abstract This study aimed to learn the most important preparations and capabilities of players in the category of less than 13 years in football. The study assumed various preparations and abilities including motor abilities, morphology, skill, psychological, and intellectual. A questionnaire was used in the study, and the sample included 40 doctorates and professors from the Institute of Physical Education and Sport in Mostaganm and Oran University The study reached several important results, showing that reaction speed, running, flexibility, neurological compatibility, weight, ball control, agility, ball running, short passes, ball heading, ball control, accuracy of aiming, ability to relax, confront anxiety, self-confidence, ability to concentrate, measure personality, measure intelligence, make decisions quickly, and self-suggestion are important aspects of the initial selection process for gifted players at the conclusion. The Taliban recommends the importance of attending to and applying those preparations and capabilities in the initial selection process, in order to successfully select talented players
