There exists a crucial issues of hygiene and quality control in school canteens in the wilaya of Mostaganem, with emphasis on their significant effects on the health and well-being of students. In Algeria, where school canteens play a crucial role in the daily provision of meals to students, it is essential to guarantee impeccable hygiene, rigorous quality control measures and mainly a good nutritional balance with varied fruits and vegetables to support the health and well-being of the students, providing them with the energy they need to accomplish their day.
The study begins by describing the current state of hygiene, quality control and nutritional practices in school canteens in Algeria. It emphasizes the importance of these canteens in meeting the nutritional needs of students, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. And the study continues on the development of a canteen specializing in the perfect and healthy preparation of meals for students which meets their daily needs. |
