dc.description.abstract This researchcover a studynig and analysis about the disciplinary systemof the pubic official thatisapproved by the algerianlegislator to ensure aproperfuntionning of the public facility by placing a set of penalities forhimaccording to the degree of the errorcommitted by giving thelegislator a work to the authoritythat has the power for designation byforcing it to take the opinionof the equalmemberscommitted in regardsof penalitiesfrom the third and fourthdegree , and for avoiding thearbitrariness of administration against the employeeaccused , thelegislatororganizedsomedecisionsthat must befollowedduring thefollowing up disciplinary, and on the other hand hehadsurroundedwitha serries of guaranteeswhichincludes a guarantiesthat are prevous ofthe disciplinary sanction, thisconcerns the management system withitstypes, and thosethat are earlier of the disciplinary sanction thatresorts tosecureemployersrights and alsothereisthose are at the time of the implementingdisciplinarydecisionswhichconsist on erasingdisciplinary punisnement or a blanketamnesties. en_US
