دور المحافظ في تسيير وتنظيم المهرجانات الوطنية

Abstract

حاولت في هذا البحث الكشف عن دور المحافظ في تسيير و تنظيم المهرجانات الوطنية ، تبعنا لخطة تتكون من مقدمة و فصلين و خاتمة و لكل فصلين ثلاثة مباحث ، ففي الفصل الأول تناولنا مفهوم التسيير و التنظيم الثقافي للمهرجانات من تعريف و خصائص و مبادئ و أهمية التسيير و المبحث الثاني يتحدث عن المهرجانات من تعريف و انواع و شروط تنظيمه و اهداف المهرجانات اما المبحث الثالث تكلمنا عن محافظ المهرجانات من تعريف و مهام المحافظ و شروط تنظيمها ، و في الفصل الثاني تناولنا مهرجان المسرح المحترف الجزائر من تقديم المهرجان إلى بطاقة فنية حول المهرجان و أهدافه و تاريخ انعقاد الدورة و مدتها و شروطها إلى المبحث الثاني الذي يظم إدارة المهرجان طبعة " 2022-2023" و أعضاء المحافظة و أعضاء لجنة التحكيم و التعريف بالمحافظ " محمد يحياوي " إلى المبحث الثالث الذي يعرض المهرجان طبعة " 2022-2023" و الفرق المشاركة إلى ضيوف المهرجان و البرامج الإضافية و خاتمة تضم جملة من النتائج المتواصل إليها من خلال البحث ،تناولت هذه الدراسة دور المحافظ في تسيير و تنظيم المهرجانات الوطنية و مهرجان المسرح المحترف اي ان المهرجانات تساهم بشكل كبير في التنمية الثقافية من خلال النشاط الثقافي و الفني و التنظيم الاحترافي للمعارض و المهرجانات ● In this research, I tried to reveal the role of the governor in the management and organization of national festivals. We followed a plan consisting of an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. Each two chapters have three sections. In the first chapter, we discussed the concept of management and cultural organization of festivals, including definition, characteristics, principles, and the importance of management. The second section talks about festivals, including their definition, types, conditions for organizing them, and the goals of festivals. As for the third section, we talked about festival governors, including the definition, tasks of the governor, and conditions for organizing them ,In the second chapter, we discussed the Algerian Professional Theater Festival, from presenting the festival to an artistic card about the festival, its objectives, the date of holding the session, its duration, and its conditions, to the second section, which organizes the management of the festival for the “2022-2023” edition, the members of the governorate, the members of the arbitration committee, and the introduction to the governor. "Mohamed Yahyawi" to the third section, which presents the festival's "2022-2023" edition and the participating bands to the festival's guests and additional programs. And a conclusion that includes a number of results that were reached through the research. This study dealt with the role of the governor in running and organizing national festivals and the professional theater festival, meaning that festivals contribute significantly to cultural development through cultural and artistic activity and the professional organization of exhibitions and festivals.
